Usually I do not write down bad reviews, however, for any Rational ovens owners or users, please be aware of this company.

I got a partial service from them, the technician was friendly, but head office was difficult to deal. I got 3 rational ovens at my work, they fixed partially 1 from 3 i request the service. I am located in a rural area, not near Edmonton, I do not know if this one of the reason they do not want to work with me, I send several emails with the request to finished to repair the other 2 ovens, but after 1.5 months have not get a response neither from service management, head office management. The last email, I got was from the accounting department just to let me know that payment proceed as normal, I am feeling, that they just took the money and left me with a partial job done. I was excited to used this company, because was recommended by the local rational rep, but I will refer to them also about my situation.

Again, just be aware of them, they might work better for local restaurants but not for rural Alberta.

Update. October 2023. The main CEO and Technician manager got in touch with me, seem to be a IT problems with emails, as they stop getting my emails, the manager came to the restaurant with the Rational tech and helped with my problem.
