DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Westcon Precast Inc is the worst possible pre-fab company. My mom hired them to do the front step of her house, trusting the people that did the measurements knew what they were doing. She agreed to their recommendation of which size step to have done, based on the measurements they provided. The steps are a full 7.5" short of a real set of stairs, which you can see in the pictures. When contacting the company to express her concerns, the company provided ZERO customer service and blamed her for their error. They provided absolutely no reparation, and told her it would be another $3,000 to have them complete the job they committed to in the first place. Incredibly unprofessional and incompetent ownership. Save yourself the frustration and dont waste your money with this company. Strongly recommend going somewhere else.

For years, I told my Sister, “Stop using salt!” Turn the clock, I was in the market for 2 precast steps. Tight on budget, we shopped hard against quality and price. Even though I was a one-time customer, Westcon Precast treated me as if I did a $100K business a year with them. A shout out to Noah for listening to my needs and providing me with options and ultimately a solution. I was provided with the specifications that assured I was purchasing a product that would endure the life of the home, look good and at a highly competitive price. If you are in the market for any precast concrete products, I encourage you to checkin with Westcon Precast, as they clearly are a company that cares about their customers.

I bough and had installed a septic system years ago just north of Lega. We were very happy with the service then.
I am working at the St. Alert Rona and touched base with Noah today about our standing at your store with POs.
He was very help-full and I am taking the pricing to my customer and hope he completes the sale.

Terrible company. A neighbour had them do some front steps at her place and they got the measurements completely wrong. You basically need a step stool to be able to get onto the stairs from the sidewalk because of the gap they left between the sidewalk and the first step. They refused to take accountability for their screw up and she now has to hire another company to correct their mistake. Deplorable craftsmanship and customer service.

I purchased precast steps from this company and had them install them as well, summer 2020. This summer I noticed a large crack in the the bottom step and I contacted the company to have it repaired. I was told they do not have the manpower to make repairs and I can do it myself with cement. As I am 71 and a widow, I cannot fix it myself. I forwarded an email outlining my problem Attention The Manager. I have never had a reply.
I am unhappy with their customer service and have serious concerns with the quality of their product. Think twice before purchasing.

Brandon is awesome to deal with who goes above and beyond. Neil is my favorite trucker in the business. He always gets in the tight areas and is always very polite and very efficient with what he does. As a septic system designer and installer we need more people like this in the industry!

Worst measuring and salesmanship. No guidance in best practice. Stuck with a full 7" gap (missing an entire riser) and a huge landscaping bill to fill it in. Would not recommend.

Our bricks were not approved for returning which I still disagree with, however they did follow up and explain in more detail so i'm changing from 1 star rating to 3 stars.
