Well, I just talked to my father who happens to be 80 years old, fixed-income lawn tractor wasn’t cutting even and his chainsaw wouldn’t start so he brought it there because I trust their service, but not anymore they basically looked at my dad’s stuff charged him 35 bucks to tell him his stuff was junk and it not worth fixing even though it’s a craftsman lawnmower and a Poulan chainsaw which my dad has bought parts from them for ,wrote on his bill or tag not worth fixing. The funny thing is when my dad got home he was so frustrated he started looking over the machine finds out the reason why the lawn tractor. Wasn’t cutting even because of the tires were low on one side and the other thing the chainsaw started also probably due to an air pocket in the fuel line which due to the replaced primer. How do they miss such simple diagnosis and for them to tell him that is stuff was not worth fixing and then bring it home and it all is OK in the end but he’s out 70 bucks ,I think total. just for them to tell him his stuff not worth fixing, and in the end, it was nothing ,so to me no due diligence was done. Basically insulted a customer that sent him on his way and took his money. I’m not impressed. I am never bringing anything there because that’s not how you treat people or talk to them you don’t tell them their stuff is not worth fixing and not even really look at it and that the stuff that was wrong with it was
so minor that they couldn’t figure it out for him. in the end, I feel bad because I am the one that told my dad to go there, and all it did was upset him. Not very professional I would’ve just said we can’t fix it. I wouldn’t tell the customers does not worth fixing. It’s more like he didn’t buy it from there so they didn’t wanna work on it. Yeah, he’s got pension and he just wasted 70 bucks. Thanks guys made me look like an idiot telling my dad it’s a trust worthy business

Great service! They were able to coordinate a lift and delivery with little notice to keep my project on track. Would definitely rent from here again. Machines are clean and well cared for.

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service. No follow up with customers waiting for parts. Was quoted a dollar amount and when picking up the item it was almost double cause they made an error that the part was not a complete part. No follow up when the part was delayed .... I expected more in regards to communication and customer service from them .... perhaps my expectations were too high... Will go to Winnipeg for any further parts needed.

I needed an Appliance Dolly so I rented one from Laramee. The gentleman who assisted me was very fast and efficient! The price was reasonable too. Definitely keep this place in mind if I need to rent any of their equipment.
