Horrible place the administration and nursing directors are more worried about policy and covering up their mistakes than the people in care or the family members of those in care.
You can tell Ken Werbiski was a Liberal politician. He cares only about policy and interests of the institutions he serves not the people in care or the family members of those in care. Poor example of a nurse but shows real political management. The director Ms. Sanderson is even worse is she even a nurse?
The general nursing staff trys hard and does well providing care, even with the leadership/managers they have to endure. No wonder they have a staffing problem and high turn over of staff.

Deplorable treatment of staff and residents, I would think twice before putting your loved ones in this poorly managed "care home". A quick Google search will show previous CBC News articles about the mistreatment that takes place here. Money is all that matters to the politicians who run this facility, how is someone who ran for the Liberal party in 2019 with only a background in politics qualified to run a place like this? They’re not.

I cannot say enough about this care home. From housekeeping to the dr.s. She would see someone that worked there in the hall and she would scream hi!! They would either yell back hi or come give her a fist pump. Other nursing homes were NOT like this place and could use some training on the care of the elderly from here. I will never forget the kindness of everyone that interacted with my mother.
