After being a patient at this clinic my entire life, myself and my children were dropped as patients with no warning. My doctor retired and even though I had been seeing a new doctor at this clinic I was informed I am no longer a patient at Seine Medical Centre and they would be sending a letter to all patients affected (5 months after said doctor left). Also in being dropped as patients my child had 2 important pending referrals dropped (audiology and respiratory) and we are now without a doctor and my daughter has medical needs that we have to scramble to find care for. This is the most unorganized place and staff are not only rude but completely unhelpful. Wait times are also insane, as I have sat for 2.5 hours waiting to see someone. Now with covid, if you call the clinic for any reason, the rude receptionist hardly lets you speak, she just keeps telling you to call health links 🙄

The only decent thing about this place is the lady that works in the lab is caring and professional, and the staff in the pharmacy is great to deal with.

I will never go back to this clinic for prenatal care. Last 2 pregnancies I had the most wonderful doctor but sadly she retired. I'm high risk and she listened to me and took care of business. With this pregnancy I was put with a resident that has no idea what she was doing. Only thing she cared about was my weight. She didn't listen to me. Brushed all my concerns off and searched Amazon for relieve for something that was not an issue. Even thou being high risk again she didn't seem to care. We ended up seeking care somewhere else and are quite happy. If ur high risk don't get a doc here. You will regret it.

Older lady at front reception is the worst. Find a new job if you cannot kindly speak to your clients. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. And this isn’t my first experience of her nastiness!!

I walked into the clinic at 5:20 (they close at 6:00) and no one was at the front desk. I waited for a couple of minutes, watched the phone ring a good 5 times before she made an appearance. When she did come to the front, she didn’t greet me, instead answered the phone prior to tending to me.

I was there to drop off a sample and requisition given to me by my family doctor. When she did give me the time of day, she rudely questioned me on when the requisition was given, what the sample was, (which is none of her business!!) and then proceeded to say the lab was closed. Not my problem.

After multiple years of working in a clinic setting even as a receptionist, you would know where to put certain samples (ei. refrigerate or not).

Luckily for me I work in the medical field and know my sample is just fine overnight in the fridge. Some clients won’t, and it shouldn’t be up to them to figure that out. Staff should not be disrespectful while asking questions! It’s a shame she’s the front face of that clinic.

I am so thankful to the receptionist and Dr at this clinic. I was very ill on Tuesday came in thinking they were a walk in... and they weren't but when the receptionist saw how sick I was she opened a chart for me after a Dr. who happen to have an open slot agreed to see me. This Dr. FINALLY gave me a medication that worked and did everything he could to make me some what comfortable. Thank-you so much to the staff at this clinic for being so nice and understanding!!

If ZERO was an option, I could not think any other clinic in Manitoba more deserving. Don’t get me wrong, I couldn’t ask for a better, more genuinely caring physician, he has always gone above and beyond for me, I’m blessed to have him.
But as a non French speaking Canadian I have been so disappointed, in the way I have treated there. The mature Receptionists that’s been there since a can remember is very rude, and homophonic, I feel.

We have been at this clinic for over 10 years. Many experiences, some good, some not so good. Most of the Dr.s are great. Special recognition to Dr Patrick Frédette who wthout a doubt saved my child's life. My son broke his arm, they set it and booked an appt with specialist and Children's hospital said they could not have set it any better. Have always had right tests done and referred to specialist if they are unsure, so by the time you see specialists they have info they need.
