I understand that nurses and administrators may feel entitled to conduct themselves in any manner they deem appropriate. Unfortunately, patients do not have the same luxury out if fire if getting fired at a time where doctors are few and far between.

This is the third time my husband has been directed to attend the clinic, only to be told upon arrival that it was closed. On this most recent occasion today, he was instructed to attend between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. He arrived at 6:30 p.m. with suspected broken ribs, only to be turned away. "welp sorry they are gone"

When patients are directed to your clinic, we do our part and follow the instructions given. What is unacceptable is being met with closed doors, misinformation, and dismissive treatment after complying with your own staff’s directions.

This repeated pattern is not only frustrating, but it also risks patient health and safety. We respectfully ask that this issue be reviewed and addressed so other patients are not subjected to the same mistreatment.

Receptionist said “hold on” to me on the phone and then clear as day told someone she was “stuck on the phone.” The phone call was less than a minute and a half without her telling me to “hold on” and talking to someone else off the phone. Also can’t make an appointment at this clinic without going through your family doctor but if I could get ahold of my family doctor, I’d make an appointment with her instead.

Dr. DiBartolemeo and his staff are fantastic. They offer day and afternoon clinic hours with minimal wait times.

Came in on Saturday to the walk in clinic, was told I should have booked an appointment on Thursday to get in quicker. Walk in clinics should be first come first serve especially not knowing I’ll be sick two days ahead of time.

Walk-in clinic that's not a walk-in clinic

I go to this "Walk-in clinic" because they have access to my medical files as my doctor is in the same building. Note: they only take patients whose doctor is in the building. They make no exceptions. I left the east end on Friday to visit the clinic because I had upper back spasm which was affecting everything I do (including walking) and when I got there, there is sign that says M-F, 10-5pm, booked appointment only. Plus, we had to make the appointment through our family doctor. This totally defeats the point of a walk in clinic. 🤔 The sign also said, M-T from 5-8pm and Saturdays from 9-2:30am, the walk in was available.

I took my sick self out of bed early to get there. Only to find out, you have to call the number when you arrived. I called it 2x, each time it just rang out. On the third try, the answered and asked me questions about my vaccination status and who is my family doctor, then took my phone number and said the doctor would call me.

I was instructed not to sit at the chairs by the doors but to find a seat around the corner.

I sat there and waited 30 minutes to have the doctor call me and asked me questions over the phone, prescribed something for the pain, recommended physio and that was the appointment. We were on the phone all of two minutes. I could have called Telehealth, if I wanted this level of service. This is absolutely disturbing that you wouldn't see someone who is sick and made an effort to go to the doctor, only to have them sit outside and not see them.

These measures are based on fear rather than safeguarding against Covid.

This is not quality or effective service.  If the emergency room can see patients, why can't you as a walk in clinic.

There's a line of us outside of Dr. St. Amour's office. The FHO clinic was supposed to be 9-12 and no one is here. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Unacceptable.

Wish I could give it 0 starts! The doctors in here are trash. When you need your medicine they are so absent minded. There have been so many times that we need them and they never call a good pharmacy back. I wish my husband would get a new doctor but it's near impossible these days. Still hunting for one myself. The staff has always been trash. Especially the red head! She was never a pleasant person from day one. Ziter pharmacy opened a new place too. That building loves their money! The pharmacy is a big cash cow for them.
