Has nice shades so u keep cool while kids are splashing

Lots of grassy spots for blankets and picnics. Several benches and picnic tables. Lots of shaded areas. Wading pool and spray park with a school park next door.

Cute little hall. Kitchen could use some utensils and such... but a really nice space. Parking is interesting.. parking spots sort of wrap around the building. Can be confusing If you've never been there before.

Public outdoor skating. One rink for hockey and one for recreational skating. Newer Pokestop in Brandon. In a good area, with lots of other stops and gyms. Not far from a McDonald's restaurant and Giant Tiger, which general have a good variety of Pokémon, if you sweep both parking lots.
