I’m in my late 40’s and have lived with a knee injury since I was 20 years old (3 knee surgeries). Stopped by IMS to look at off-loading knee braces. Carter was incredibly helpful and informative, with multiple options for braces. He is very friendly and I highly recommend seeing him for your medical needs.

I have been having a lot of trouble with my knee. John at Innovative Medical Supplies was able to get me in quickly and directed me Jill to get me fitted with a knee brace. Jill was awesome and so helpful, she let me try on several different braces to see what would work best for me, and we found one that worked! John and Jill were super friendly and helpful I would highly recommend both of them. I would definetly utilize the services at Innovative Medical Supplies in the future. Great place, great people!

I had both my knees replaced and am walking, running, and living life to the full because of the EXCELLENT athletic therapy care at IMS both before and after the surgeries. I was staring down life in a wheelchair before, but they gave me hope and then pre-hab and re-habbed me so that LIFE IS GOOD! Better than hospital physio for sure for my medical situation. Highly, highly recommend!

I went there a few days ago to get wrist braces for my hands. The young lady who helped me was so rude , she had two French braids in her hair and was very snotty about me exchanging my wrist braces for a different size. I won't be going back to that location ever .
