Please do not buy from this store!!!
The customer service is horrible.
The employees provide you with the wrong information so you buy from them. I talked to Calvin the manager in Winnipeg and he said I did not have a way to prove what I was saying so it was my fault. Deplorable customer service, this is not the kind of store you want to buy from.

Felt dejected when I was in the store. Customer service wasn't sufficient and left me isolated, navigating the products on the shelves more or so alone.

went in with my mom to get a knee brace for her osteoarthritis.

we were promptly greeted and assisted by a gentleman named Ethan.

Ethan was very patient and knowledgeable when it came to helping us pick the brace that would work the best for us. he even went above and beyond advising us how to best take advantage of our Manitoba Health coverage.

if you find yourself here, ask for Ethan, he's the man!

I broke my ankle in August and finally was able to transition out of the boot into a brace and compression hose due to swelling. I can’t remember the name of who assisted me but he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I needed to get a knee brace. I was greeted and helped by Dakota who was just amazing. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help fit the brace to make it more comfortable for me to wear. If you want complete and amazing personalized service make sure to ask for Dakota.

A suggestion , wondering if you could consider a checkout for individuals that want to collect an item and simply pay for it , came in today to purchase a Saline solution cost $7 but had to wait In line which went out the door .. I understand the people need consultations but think there room for a process improvement here , whilst I am sure you can fault the quality of care and advice if needed , I do feel this would reduce your lines and serve people with different needs more efficiently
