got here at 8 when it opens at 8:30, had to wait for 2 hours then when i was finally called they took my info and told me to sit back down. the lady at reception was quite rude too. at about 11 i got to go in the room and waited for the doctor for 20 mins. doctor was in and out within 5 mins.

Very poorly organized. They literally ran out of numbers in the waiting room. I was asked to come back in 20 minutes to get a number, I asked if they wanted my name and they said "no". So when I came back they randomly put me in a waiting order and gave me a number. I've been waiting for four hours now. I would see a family doctor but I've been on a waiting list for 14 months there. I would go to the hospital but the wait time is 12 hours there. I've been in pain for 4 days now... I'm thinking of going to Afghanistan to get better healthcare. #peiHealthcareSucks

These folks are working under tremendous pressure and strict guidelines, and IMO, they are doing a fantastic job despite getting screamed at, insulted and kicked around both in person and on-line. With all the vitriol hurled their way, I'm surprised the doctors and staff haven't just thrown up their arms and moved on. I have always found patience is the key, and getting there early, early. And Kudos to Dr Sampson and staff. Always treated me with the utmost professionalism.

Our health care system is in crisis. I am extremely grateful that I was able to access a medical doctor for routine blood work and paperwork. I am very fortunate that I am able to take an entire morning off to seek services when needed as I have been waiting for an MD since 2017. The two blond ladies who are receptionists are excellent, prompt, and compassionate. I have recieved consistent care and attention from them and the doctors on staff. As per the other reviews I find if you treat already busy and stressed Healthcare workers with the respect they deserve and are not a demanding entitled monster; they are accomidating. The lady who sitting on reception . Speak very badly and these guys never inform you your reports are received or not it your duty come again and again in clinic waste time meet the doctor for just my reports are received or not seriously ?
But doctors are very nice

My husband went here twice--two different doctors--in March and they missed very obvious (textbook really) signs if heart failure and just sent him home. I don't want to go intoall the details here but I would avoid this clinic unless they have replaced all their doctors since then. Otherwise your taking a dangerous gamble.
