My furnace had been dead in the water for a month and a half. It was not doing anything. Quinton was able to fit me in that same afternoon. I got updates that allowed me to track his travel and give me an expected ETA. Quinton was professional. I showed him my furnace and within 30 seconds of seeing my furnace he was able to get it working like nothing had happened. He was also able to perform preventative maintenance so I would have peace of mind over the coming winter months. I do not have air conditioning but he was able to show me how to circulate cool air from the basement onto my main floor to balance the overall temperature in my house. We had our new AC, HWH and Furnace installed a month ago figuring the hot weather was behind us. We were wrong and A-1 got us enjoying our AC quite quickly during the unexpected warm weather to follow. Great job from start to finish. Our experience with A1 has been, well, A1! Alan came to give us a quote on replacing our furnace and installing A/C. He was so honest, he told us we really didn't need to replace our our furnace, it had another good 10 years. That made us know he wasn't about the sale, but about what was best for us, the customer. He thoroughly explained everything we needed to know about the A/C. He and Brian installed the A/C unit today, everything went very smoothly. Again, we very much got the impression that what was best for us was important to them. Both Alan and Brian were very pleasant, answered any questions we had, and got the work done promptly. A service person drove over to deliver a needed extra part right away, instead of making us wait a day or two. We were very impressed with all of our dealings with every staff person at A1 with whom we interacted. It's obvious that the company places a high value on customer service. Would recommend them gladly.

Mike was fantastic, I would highly recommend him and A-1 Heating.

I received a note when Mike was on the way, he was polite and courteous the whole time he was here. I was informed of progress, costs etc. Mike not only cleaned up after himself he gave our furnace a quick check and cleaned a sensor. Both not part of the job but he said it would save a call for us and when we needed further work or replacement to hopefully call A-1. I absolutely will and recommend them.
