Rented a lift for the second time. First time the lift was completely inoperative and had to drive back and switch for a different one. Waste of paid rental time. Rented the same equipment today. Got home and this one too was damaged. Could not support the weight of a full sheet of drywall. Brought it back after hanging the sheets by hand and was told u get what u pay for it’s only $25. The money is not the problem it’s the fact that they rent unsafe dangerous equipment

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Tried to call for a quote to the Camrose location. The person on the phone was extremely rude and did not appear interested in helping me at all. I ended the call and will not be using this company. They clearly don't need more business.

Great place for all your rental needs

Rented from twice. 1st time was a stump grinder that was very old and dull teeth. Did the job but very very slow and needed a chainsaw to make relief cuts in the stump. 2nd time was a fence post auger (towable) rented on Saturday. When trying to get most of the holes done on Sunday, one of the teeth broke off on the auger. Machine could barely drill holes after that. The machine also got stuck in several holes. Hydraulic motor seemed like it was going. Went back on Monday to try their other machine and the machine was even worse. Could barely get it started, throttle bar was almost broken on it. Had to return it after a few hours as I wasn't getting any holes done. Rented same machine from camrose rental and got the holes fullly dug the following weekend.

Good selection of rental gear unfortunately the blonde girl at the front desk and her horrible manners turned me right off. 😝. The gentleman that served me was willing to take a copy of my drivers and a cash deposit for a 40 dollar rental and she tried to talk him out of it
