I took my powerchair in to checked over. Instead of checking over my whole chair as asked in a message on the phone. I made an appointment to see all that was wrong with it. I paid $80 for this service. All they did was plug it in and check fault codes, in the process breaking my back service panel and taped it back on. They quoted tire and caster replacement as well, even without checking bearings that hold the arms of these wheels on. They are just grabbing money for return service. They will not address the service I asked for and tell me the panel they broke was because the screws were seized. There is only one screw that uses a star head to remove that I put in weeks ago, it's not seized, they just never tried to remove it. I was a mechanic for years and when a car was sent into be checked over, you didn't just plug a computer into it., you checked over the car

Very poor customer service. I was told would be called back in 10 minutes. I was never contacted. I called back. I talked to the person I needed to. I was rushed off the phone at the end because other customers had come in. Sorry I was a customer at that time then got the run around trying to get back to her. I was hung up on twice once might have been accidental but the other wasn’t. I just wanted to talk to the right person and not have anything lost or not done properly. I am in pain and just need this to be done. Will go with some place that will help

At least one of their drivers seems to feel that stop signs are optional. We almost had a bad accident when he barely slowed down. Looks bad on the entire company. White van southbound on Drummond around 4:30pm. I was travelling westbound on East Ave (no stop sign on East, only Drummond). Driver slightly slowed down and must not have looked. I braked hard, laid on the horn, and came within a few feet of T-bonding the side of the van.

The service I received from Action Medical was first rate. From the phone call, advice and the pick up and return of my 94yr old mother's scooter. Thank you for giving some of her independence back again. You all rock

Wow!! During the pandemic one would think a company who works with ADP knowing now they are closed would provide equipment and wait for funding. My disease has gotten so bad I cannot walk more than 10 steps with my walker. In need of power wheelchair as per OT. Can only now stay in bed and get up to use bedside commode. This company cares only about the almighty dollar and it's pursuit not the clients that they work with. Nice huh

Was quoted a price twice by the employee. When we picked up the product it was $30 more. When we asked why, she said it was a clerical error and her mistake. Even though I insisted it was not our error and we should at least get a discount, all she offered was that we could return it if we wanted. Poor customer service in my opinion. Not likely to return to that store again, and would not recommend them to others.

I can't say enough about the service people at Action Medical. I just broke down around the corner from my home, they came and picked up my chair & returned within an hour with my chair. I have always had AMAZING service.
