So you clearly don’t read, what I said was “elbow grease” which means a little effort and work. Not greasing the tie rod. And it is in fact quite off center, I’ll take a pic of it and post here as well for all to see. And if you re-read my review, what I actually said was that I accepted to swallow the $15 rip off extra charge and I accepted the fact that the camber could be off due the struts, what I didn’t accept was the lazy work done by not taking the time off center the steering wheel and worst of all, the rude and disrespectful attitude - which you continued to demonstrate in your reply to my review. Probably the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere in a very long time. I’ll be sure to go out of my way now to tell as many people as I can to not take their business here. You just made a fool of yourself with your comments and proved my points for me lol

Brought my car in for an alignment, and initially all seemed ok at drop off. But after I picked it up, they charged me an extra $15 for applying heat to loosen one of the tie rods to perform the alignment. A little weird to me as I’m already paying $160 for it and a little “elbow grease” is part of the work (at least it used to be back in the day when garages weren’t just about ripping people off). But I swallowed it and let it go. Then they advise they can’t get it perfect due to possible issues with a strut (camber is out a bit) so there will be a little bit of wiggle. I accept that too.
But then I get in the vehicle and see the steering wheel is not centered. That is alignment 101! You lock it so it stays centered. No biggie, I call back and explain and that I’d like to bring it back to quickly fix that.
Well that’s when I get told that’s not possible, we always make sure, the lady (Lucinda) starts raising her voice to me and being rude and somewhat arguing with me! I explained I’m not arguing with you, I’m telling you that your mechanic didn’t do a good job making sure the steering wheel was centered. She raises her voice again and says “just it bring it back and drop it off same time you did today!” And pretty much hangs up on me.
So while I appreciate that it might get fixed, I just won’t bring it back now as I fear they’ll “take care of it” for me. Then I’ll drive away with some other issues. Not worth the stress. 100% DO NOT recommend this place. After reading the reviews on here after I got reamed out, I would say this Lucinda individual is not the face you want for your company. Unless you don’t care about return business, or if your preferred clientele are misinformed/elderly you can take advantage of.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this auto-shop. Lucinda, the staff member I dealt with, was incredibly obnoxious and unprofessional. Her customer service skills are nonexistent—she raised her voice at me multiple times, which is unacceptable. I brought my car in because it wasn’t accelerating properly and the steering wheel was shaking. She immediately asked if the engine management light was on, and when I said no, she focused on an oil leak instead.

When I picked up my car, I was told they couldn’t diagnose the original issue because the engine light wasn’t on, despite my clear explanation of the problem. Lucinda even claimed the steering issue was resolved, but it wasn’t—the wheel was still shaking. To top it all off, I was charged over $500 +I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I live around the corner, and a neighbor had recommended this place. From start to finish, the lady with the lovely hair made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this location and will be a returning customer. Thanks for repairing the brake line on my Mercedes.

I had a really poor experience at this location. Due to a mixup at the shop, I was given the wrong set of winter tires. I reached out to Lucinda, the customer service rep, and she was unapologetic, miserable , and unhelpful. She deflected blame and refused to be helpful in trying to resolve the issue. I tried calling the shop and she raised her voice at me multiple times, and hung up on twice. I can’t speak for the services they provide, but the customer service provided at this shop is unacceptable and outright rude.

I've been coming to this place for regular service for a couple years now and they've been good. Sometimes I google the prices they charge and everything has been petty standard. Recently I had a good experience and wanted to leave a review.

I brought my Mazda 3 in for an intermittent noise coming from the driver side front brake. The shop called to say they couldn't find the noise, but they could do a brake service and see if that fixes it.

I paid for the brake service, and a few days later the noise came back. When I called, they asked me to bring the car in right away to hear the problem. I left the car with them after showing the noise to the mechanic.

At this point I was concerned about what kind of cost might come with this, since I had already paid for the brake service. When they called to tell me the car was ready, there was no charge.

I think some people would say that's expected, but I appreciated that I didn't need to make a fuss. They seemed like they just wanted to fix the problem.

Had my wheels and tires mounted and balanced. 3/4 wheels were ok but one was scratched. All the wheels were covered in the tire mounting lube when I picked them up so I didn't notice the scratch at the time, then when I was cleaning off all the excess tire lube I noticed this scratch. Called the store regarding this once I noticed and got yelled at by the receptionist and got told I was being ridiculous and there was no way their tire machine could scratch a wheel. Unprofessional behavior.

UPDATE: I replied to the email with your corporate office and store owner on April 22nd at 12:13pm and did not get a reply. I spoke to multiple other shops and had them access the damage and the OVERWHELMING consensus was that it was caused by your store.

No problem with the tire change but second last time I was there they gave my key to someone else. They didn't even realize until I came in, the person was gone (she had an extra fob). It was going to take the person a half hour to drive back with my key and the person working told me 'oh, we close at six' as if I was not going to get my car key back? This time when I went in I asked them to please make sure I got my key back because last time they gave it to someone else and they were rude to me, no apology, nothing. Wouldn't recommend going here if you're looking for attentive customer service...or the right keys.
