We were looking for a specific splint and were recommended Active Orthopaedic by other shops in the Kingston area. Although they were sold out, Ananya went above and beyond to help us find the right one and even ordered it for us—it arrived quickly! We also received a fitting and were extremely pleased with Ananya's detailed knowledge of the splint’s usage and proper wear, along with her excellent service. Highly recommend!

It was easy to book an appointment. When I arrived out was open and easy to move about it you have a mobility device. There are buttons to postage the doors and a curb cut to get up onto the sidewalk. My needs were determined and the casting was easy and relaxing even. Lovely staff, would go for any further bracing/ orthopedic needs.

Ordered custom compression stockings here. They have a good selection for colours and length customization. ADP forms are accepted, just needed to book an appointment specifically with Ellie. I've been to both this location and the one at Providence Care, both offices were clean and always staffed with friendly receptionists. I never had any issues with making insurance claims nor concerns about my stockings. Ample parking space is provided and is conveniently located near bus stops for transit users. Highly recommended!

I bought a customized knee brace early last year and went in today to have it tweaked. Covered by warranty and fixed on the spot, I was out of there 10 minutes later. Knowledgable, helpful staff and great customer service. I highly recommend.

I was referred to Active Orthopedic Solutions for a back brace. They carefully evaluated my situation, and ordered additional X-rays and, eventually recommended a less expensive brace they thought would be best for me I was impressed with how caring and professional they were.

General rule of thumb, when a company refuses to honor a return of an item that was purchased the day before(and not used) its time to move on from that company. In this incident my wife was hassled for returning an item that was not a fit for our son, AND not the item she ordered.....Using bullying tactics, attempting to use a fake contract as a reason for not give her a full return, then agreeing to pay once they foolishly realized there is no contract, only to find that they would only do a refund by e-transfer at the end of day, which did not happen until my wife had her grandfather call and complain the next day, then at that point it is time to move on from that company for one that better appreciates the importance of customer service and adhering to the customers needs. I hope this is taken as constructive criticism on how to improve customer service within this specific organization as most people rely on the expertise of these organizations to provide them with the best fit for themselves or their love ones.
