La clinique est super! Le médecin très compétant, nous l'adorons. Je croyait que leur système téléphonique aurait amélioré leur service de prise de rdv et de suivi téléphonique, malheureusement ce n'est pas le cas.

This clinic was quick. Dr Goulet is the best children’s doctor I have ever seen. Very informative. He’s kind, understanding great sense of humour, explains stuff in great details. He is very much worth the time to bring your child to for help. I’m very happy with today’s visit. He also took the time to read about your child ahead of time if you give him detailed documents. Highly recommend this doctor and appreciate his help and his skills.

This is the worst doctors office EVER! They are so incompetent it’s unbelievable. Never answer the phones, don’t return calls, cannot get contact information correct after dozens of times, fax refills to the wrong place and caused so much mix ups I didn’t even get my medication which I cannot be without. It took weeks to resolve.

You have better chances winning the lottery than getting someone on the phone. Our doctor is good, i don’t have bad comments about her at all, however, I really don’t know what their receptionists are doing in there!! How can we see our family doctor if we can’t book an appointment or we can’t walk in

I called Active care on June 18 to confirm the time for my blood work on June 19 the girl who’s answering me asked me the date of birth and she told me it’s at 10:30 am . I went the next day for my appointment the receptionist told me your appointment was at 8:15 and the Technician already left for the day

My doctor is wonderful - can't say enough good things about her but you will not make it past the phone line to book an appointment. You'll be better off going to a walk-in clinic or waiting in the hospital. I left 2 callback messages as per their system 3 weeks ago and still haven't heard back. I've been on hold for 46 minutes now and counting.

It is impossible to get through the phones- my average wait is 25 to 30 minutes to just get prompted to leave a message- which is not returned quickly. The availability of my doctor is low, After hours spots fill quickly. Reception is unhelpful and seems disorganized. Doctors don't cover each other during absences or vacation. It feels like I have no doctor.
