Been to this clinic twice in a week for my cough, both time I didn’t even get to see a doctor, always the medical assistant. She examined me and told me I have bronchitis then prescribed me puffers, I asked if doctor’s going to see me, she replied no doctor on site. I was kind of surprised that a walk-in clinic only operated by a medical assistant and a receptionist. After 2 days, my coughing didn’t seem getting better but worse. I coughed so much that my ribs hurts so I came back today with the hope to see a doctor hopefully he/she can prescribe me something else that will help my coughing but again, no doctor on site. Anyway, I still let the medical assistant examined me again and she the. prescribed me antibiotics. When I commented that I never know a medical assistant can prescribed medication and she gets offended, pointing at the note on the wall and rudely says we’re not forcing you. Never in my 33 years in Canada been to a clinic that have no doctor on site and only being assessed by the medical assistant. It mentioned in the note on the wall that I can request to be assessed by doctor but when I do so, my request got declined.

Love this clinic. Bring my 2 little ones here whenever they need it. Dr gian is fantastic with the kids, and makes me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my kids health concerns. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Always fast service on the Medical side for seeing doctors as well as sage advice from the Pharmacist, Asif in the same building making it a true one stop solution close to home.

Dr. Gian and Dr. Qassim are both amazing taking the time to thoroughly examine before prescribing as well as giving detailed explanations. I really appreciate it when I understand the results of tests and can then go and make informed decisions.

great experience and fantastic staff. Easy to book an appointment for the clinic online even if you have no family doctor. Otherwise feel free to walk right in during the hours of operation but you may have an hour wait.

I haven’t been to a walk in clinic in almost 10 years. This clinic was great, the pharmacist & Dr as well as receptionist were very kind, attentive & helpful. I would definitely choose this one again.
