There is a weight you're carrying, you may not know it, but it's there. It affects your ability to be at peace, affects your interpersonal relationships, and affects your happiness. When you meet with Adam you will learn how to identify and remove that weight. I highly recommend the services of Adam Spencer Counselling. Talking with Adam is like talking with a supportive and non judgemental best friend. While remaining very professional his manner is of patience, kindness and caring; very down to earth and easy to be with. Adam ensures a safe and comfortable environment which has allowed me to openly discuss my deepest fears of my darkest abyss, to which I thought I was lost. And onward to my present point of being able to see a ray of light that is hope, as he continues to help me to reach for that light. Without him, I can honestly say, I don't know where I would be. I have personally recommended Adam's services to others and will continue to do so as I myself continue on my own path to physical & mental health.

Adam ensures a calm and comfortable environment where you can be yourself and talk about whatever you want without judgement.
He offers excellent and uplifting insight and perspective on your life issues wether it be deeply ingrained problems you’ve been facing for years or day to day stress as you face difficult transitions in life.
His ability to break down your concerns and problems and help you manage them on your own is outstanding.
At the end of every session I felt relaxed, happy, relieved, and prepared to face life. I gained new ideas and perspective on my own life that I believe I may not have gained unless I attended therapy with Adam. I felt heard, understood, supported, and like I left each session with a feeling of progress for my own mental health.

Picking up the phone and calling Adam was truely hard for me but thats where it ended. I
