I called as my family doctor sent in a referral and I was transferred to their Sherwood Park location and the receptionist was very rude stating that she didn't have anything for me and that I needed to tell my family doctor that they need to be faxing all the documents to her office because she books for all the centers and that if it was sent to the wrong place that I would not receive a call back because it's not the locations problem. When I asked for the fax number to give to my family doctor she started going off on me. I'm happy my referral didn't go through...

My experience went from not great to bad really fast..
I finally get my appointment booked and I go, but there is no one at the front which is fine. But 10-15 minutes pass and someone finally is at the front but she starts speaking about her previous appointment and how he didn't speak English and that she had to use Google Translate to get her points across and how he could speak French but that didn't help. In my mind, what ever happened to confidentiality ? I decided to ignore it and fill out the paper work needed to get this over with, only to find out there is a $150 deposit needed to take this machine home. I wasn't told about this, and I waited to speak the the lady who couldn't speak French to see if there was a way around it. Well after 5 minutes I walked out. I did call the manager and she was super nice and offered to book me at a different location and reported that your credit card won't actually be charged. Overall, 10/10 would not recommend.

This is a nice, friendly place where the staff is quite knowledgeable about CPAP equipment.
All of my experiences have been positive.
They have been very willing to work with me to find the products that work best for me. Personal service that fits is rare to find. Good job. Highly recommend.

I was referred to and set up an appointment fairly easy in Spruce Grove. The staff was good as well as service, I was not told about the deposit for the sleep study machine ahead of time but just dealt with it. Went through the steps and yes was told I needed a cpap. Ok had the test info and prescription emailed to me.
My biggest complaint is that no one told me their were options or where to buy the machines. Everyone needs to make money I get it, But do not buy it here. They are up to twice the price for machines than everywhere I looked.
Shop around, ask whoever you are dealing with. These machines are not cheap and not everyone has this kind of money to throw away.
