They do not do a trial, you must buy the machine. I decided to go elsewhere and I'm glad I did. I did a 2 week trial with a cpap and found I went from not breathing 27 times/hrs to 48. I had a different issue and need a bipap machine. I would have had to eat a 4k bill if I went with these people. Cpap would be covered to 2000 dollars with medical, so when I needed a bipap, I would have had to pay the 4500 dollars out of my pocket. I can't believe they are in business still

This place is amazing. When comparing to other respiratory services, they are head and shoulders above the rest. Andrea gives intelligent, perceptive and gracious care. She is very responsive to challenges and will set you up with the best system for your situation. Andrea’s customer service is awesome. And she laughs at my jokes. Great place!

Spruce Grove office is horrible. I needed to replace a simple connector from my mask to my hose. I called head office in Sherwood Park and they said absolutely and they were free. I told her my closest location would be Spruce Grove and stopped there to get one. Not only did they tell me that they had none and even if they did they would not be free, but implied I was never told that. The receptionist said she would call head office to verify, but funny enough never made that call. She was also rude and condescending, and didn't have the age or degree to back that up either. The technician then came out and said the connector came with the mask only, clearly not true, and that the manufacturer suggests mask replacement once every 3 to 6 months anyways. Sorry what! There is no way someone should have to spend $600 to $1200 (@ $300 each) per year on a silicone mask, and if that was her only solution I will be dealing solely with head office from now on! Stacy in Sherwood Park was wonderful when I called her back and told her what happened. She put a connector in the mail for me same day!

Andreea at the Spruce Grove office was amazing to deal with. She knew I had to have a 30 day trial for insurance purposes and was so accommodating. Also knowing I was going for knee surgery within that time frame she was going to make sure I was well taken care of.

I would highly recommend this company and all the staff at this location for all your sleep apnea needs. Thank you so much.

This place is living in the 90’s and can’t accept referrals by email, fax or hard copy only. Just be aware of the discrepancy between the doctor that referred you and this office!

Edit (in response): verbal abuse did not exist. Telling your employees that they are living in the 90’s and saying that it’s stupid your company can’t receive emails is not verbal abuse. And what deliberate damage? Great job owning your inability to accommodate modern technology.
