Excellent resource for health care products! We purchased a mobility scooter here 2 years ago and appreciated their tremendous service when we needed to resolve a connection issue with it. The owner Phil is tremendously invested in his clientele and treats his staff extremely well. We had a positive experience with all the staff who served us there and highly recommend this store. They will treat you well, are very knowledgeable and stand behind their products!

From start to finish, I couldn’t be happier and highly, highly recommend this company. When I first phoned and talked to Ben, he came out to my house in High River very quickly and did the measuring etc. and gave me a quote. Once I had given him half down payment, the installer came out today to. do the job. When he was done, I tested it and he explained things to me that I needed to be aware of. After that he came in the house to complete the invoice and we had a really good talk. I told him I was so happy, and he said the smile on my face was what made him happy. The other thing that I was so pleased about compared to other companies was the fact that Advantage offers refurbished stairlifts. 😊

Dimitri and Sergei are technicians and very good .
Even if the office doesn’t get back to me Dimitri will always pick up his phone and come over
right away . Even before the office gets back to me . I really appreciate it as my mum can’t take stairs .
I have a curve lift which is giving me a lot of trouble and headache. But everyone is on board and trying to find out the reason for breaking down . Phil has been good at explaining what they can do to improve it

We originally went in to look for a mobility scooter for myself. Staff was helpful and very friendly. We asked for a quotation to be emailed, which they did, but there was absolutely zero follow up. We ended up going to another store, found exactly what I needed, and was offered a discounted rate with tons of correspondence from the sales rep.

Absolutely great service! I called on Tuesday, Benjamin came out on Wednesday - I had the quote Thursday and had refurbished stair lifts installed on Friday. Friendly, courteous and kind and the installation was very well done. Thank you!

Phil, the owner, never disappoints. The remote on my lift-chair shorted out last weekend and he replaced it first thing Monday morning. We have dealt with Advantage Home Health for many years and Phil and Fran have always gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. One time, Phil delivered something to our home and ended up staying 1-1/2 hours to fix my husband's tall walker (at no cost) that we had purchased elsewhere. Phil and Fran are such kind, caring folks. Helping people is their prime objective. Nowadays, this quality is hard to find in business. Thanks again for all your years of wonderful service.
