I had an ultrasound for an ongoing issue & this time a very kind gentleman completed my ultrasound. He was very professional and kind and all the things that make a wonderful human - HOWEVER!
I have never felt quite so brushed off that ovaries can cause pain … I did not leave feeling confident in his imaging, I felt he cut corners because he did not believe me that ovaries can cause pain - his words were “you are experiencing that from your ovaries!?!” As though I was being gaslighted into thinking it was not indeed my ovaries where cysts have been found before. The entire ultrasound took 4 mins! Yikes!
The reason I feel corners were cut was because he did not have me move into positions other technicians in the past have & because he did not believe me - he did not take his time to actually ensure his imagining would be acceptable.
I’m quite disappointed. I left feeling pretty let down once again by those who work in our healthcare system. As someone who was once an RN - it was really, really disappointing.
Just needed to share my experience as it wasn’t actually okay & left me feeling pretty bummed out as today I’m having increased pain and have been battling this for over 7 years.

A very positive and pleasant work environment. I was able to get in for an appt in less than 24hrs. Elise made me feel very comfortable during my visit and carefully explained what she was doing throughout the procedure. The appointment didn't feel rushed, which helped put me at ease. They are very prompt with getting results back to you, which I was grateful for. I will definitely be booking my future exams with this family-based office.

Had a great experience here for a third trimester ultrasound. Technician was very thorough in explaining all the images as he was taking them and letting us ask questions. Would definitely recommend for pregnancy ultrasounds.

If I could give a 6/5 star rating, I would.
I was booked in less than 48 hours of speaking to my doctor.
The front receptionist was very friendly and sweet.
The technician I got was Alex and he is the best technician I have ever had before. Alex did everything to make me comfortable! He was very informative and verbal about what he was doing. I never once thought "okay, what is next". He talked me through everything. At one point I got curious about what he was doing and he turned on the screen in front of me so I could watch what he was doing. I have never had this great of an experience before. 10/5 rating for him.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Advocate Imaging!

I was referred to them by my family doctor for my anatomy scan. From the moment I received a call from them to book my appointment, until I left the clinic after my appointment, my experience was AMAZING!

I got a call the same day my doctor sent in the referral, and then they got me in the next day! Talk about fast service! When I got to the office, upon entering, the waiting room and front desk staff were both warm and welcoming. I was promptly registered, and then within literal seconds of registering, my ultrasound tech, Eric, came to grab me!

I am so incredibly grateful to Eric! Since the beginning of last year, I have been suffering terribly with anxiety. Being pregnant on top of that anxiety, brings me even more of it. From the moment I laid down, until my scan was over, Eric was phenomenal! After getting all of his measurements he needed for the scan, we small talked, and then he went back over everything and showed me every nook and cranny of my little babe! He took the time to explain to me what was what, and that it looked great. He got AMAZING photos for my husband and me, and overall, he really eased my anxiety related to the pregnancy! It was like a huge sigh of relief was had! Literally the BEST obstetrical ultrasound I have had!

If you need ultrasound imaging, for any reason, especially obstetrics, I HIGHLY recommend asking your doctor to be referred to Advocate Imaging! I will be sure to ask for them any time I need imaging! I would give 20 stars if I could!!

I have had ultrasound's done three times there are they make you feel comfortable and they are so friendly. And it has always been a quick in and out appointment, no long waiting! They are an amazing team!

My doctor was curious about an unusual test result, and wanted an ultrasound to check things out. I was booked in within 36 hours. The staff are very professional, and had me in and out quickly. Quality control was ensured when a senior staff member reviewed my imagery before I left the room.
