Many Thanks to Zachary Creamer our affordable comfort technician who came to complete and annual maintenance check on our furnace as well as give us peace of mind for our gas fireplace. Thankfully he was able to detect a dangerous connection and rectify the problem as well as gave it a long overdue cleaning. Everything is now in safe working order. We have peace of mind and what now looks like a brand new gas fireplace. Unbelievable. Thanks for an amazing job !

Called Affordable Comfort to have an Electrician come to solve the issue with our receptacles, Rory was there that afternoon and completed the repair. Very impressed with the service this morning. Melissa took care of my urgent plumbing request and had a technician (Grant) arrive sooner than expected. Grant surpassed my expectations. He went out of his way to locate the main water valve in this older rental home, which took him several attempts in various closets & crawl spaces, one which required shoveling out! He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional throughout and I'm so grateful and relieved that he was able to find the main valve & repair the toilet. Thanks again Grant and Melissa. I have try to do a review for other team members I can’t seem to get in my Google so I’m gonna put it here.
We had Grant come out and put our toilet in. He was amazing very helpful. Very thorough professional.
We’ve also had Daniel come out and clean the ducks. He was amazing, friendly, kind, very professional.
We also had Rory the master electrician to help us with our electrical problem thank God he came before the others as how dangerous our basement is ….!!!!!

Rob was out today to sell us a water heater, but he was more concerned about the carbon monoxide possibility coming from our furnace and he made sure that he had somebody coming as quickly as possible to check it all out. They all work as a team supporting each other and we are grateful for that .

I have been struggling to find a company to install a humidity control unit on our furnace for some time.
