I can’t say enough about the wonderful service I received from AGTA Home Health Care over the past 2 years. They helped me promptly with all supplies I needed to assist me to care for my husband at home. For that I will be forever grateful. All the staff I encountered are very polite, courteous and efficient. I’m just so very grateful.

My mom needed a first time ever wheelchair. And they gave her one according to her size but whatever they wanted not what the customer had asked for. The quality is a piece of crap and every two weeks after a year the brakes are faulty. So I have to do double the work. Customer service is nice over the phone but when you go in person it’s a different experience. And they just want the customers to pay out of their pocket. A bunch of crooks!!!!

My mom's wheelchair was supplied by AGTA. On occasion some of the parts need servicing. Each time, Robert (the technician) has been responsive, helpful, kind, and very polite. My mom always asks for him by name, even if it's just to tighten up her brakes! Highly recommend.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. I so regret I chose this company. As in a previous review: their staff is so difficult to reach. Even though they said they'll call you back, they will NOT call you back. My equipment has some issue and that's in last November, I called them several times, left tons of voice mails, got through twice, promised me to check into the issue and call me back, till today, March 10, still NOBODY CALLED ME BACK YET!!! I have wasted tons of time on this company. If you don't want to waste your money, years of times, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!.......I also saw a review that's 4 years ago from Artin Dorsangi, exactly the same experience with mine. The staff will tell you they'll check it and call you back, BUT, THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK! LIARS! Update in December 2024. Worst ever. The good thing is I'll get a new wheelchair in just several months. Then I'll never deal with this terrible company ever again!

It's a 5* for the technician Robert who came to repair the Rovi electric wheelchair that decided to lose a wheel and needed many upgrades as I have had it for over 4yrs without repairs. It was rusted in some parts due to salt in the winter and the fluctuating weather plus wear and tear. Robert was patient even though it was a struggle a challenge but his skills and abilities were amazing in maneuvering without causing damage to the chair. He could of given up on the task at hand due to time and the constant challenges that he met but Robert was determined to repair the chair so that I could be mobile again.

p.s.
so to those whom need assistance AGTA and their staff will go out of their way too resolve your challenges or complaints. Please be patient with them as not all equipment is easy to repair if it's only 1 staff member or 2 depending on the problems that may arise.
