I called about cleaning and possibly fixing an issue with a pilot light on a gas fireplace. They were able to come to my house the next day and have everything cleaned up and all issues resolved. They did a great job and took time to explain everything that was going on. Pricing was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

ASHC has been working with me patiently for 6 months with the selection and purchase of a ducted 2 ton air source heat pump, air handler and electric heat coil. Mike has responded very quickly to all my requests for information and changes in quotes.

The removal of my old natural gas furnace and install of my new system happened smoothly all in one day. The two technicians were fast, efficient and friendly. They cleaned up all the mess and left the basement and outside spotless. Mitch actually whistled while he worked. They take pride in what they do. They like what they do and like working with each other and for this company. That tells me a lot about the followup service I can expect. I highly recommend ASHC.

Highly recommend Air Source Home Comfort. Duane the service technician was very professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Duane serviced our two gas fireplaces and we are very pleased.

Mitch and his partner came and installed a heatpump at my home.
They did a fantastic job. The attention to detail and craftsmanship from the smallest detail to removing my old equipment did not go unnoticed. The two young men worked through there lunchbreak to do the job quickly, effectively and efficiently. They answered my questions as I enquired quite a bit about the install. They ran a new line set, new breaker, new refrigerant lines. New pad for the equipment to sit. They even dug it up and put crushed limestone down to even out the pad. To say I was impressed with this company is an understatement. There isn,t one thing more that they could have done better. Everything they did was done with excellence.I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future. I wish the entire team at Air Source Home Comfort the best of 2024. Thank You

Highly recommend! They were great to get us booked in quickly and very professional and friendly communication! We had a few issues with our furnace and AC unit and Dwayne was efficient at diagnosing the issues and explaining what was wrong and making recommendations for improving the air quality in our home as well. Air Source Home Comfort - Bracebridge, just installed my new propane furnace and heat pump. I can't say enough good things about the process, starting with my initial questions which were handled by Mike to the home visit and quote by Mitch. All the way to the installation by Mitch and Dwayne. From start to finish these folks were complete professionals. Mitch took the time to explain the operation of a heat pump and the associated benefits. The installation went great and they were in and out in a day and a half. I really appreciated the simple act of Dwayne asking for a spot to wash his hands before installing the new smart thermostat so he wouldn't get finger prints on the wall. It's the small considerations that make a big difference. Highly recommend this company for your heating and air conditioning needs. A big thanks!
