Pat and Steve installed a new furnace and heat pump for us. I was very impressed with their professionalism and their attention to every detail. The workmanship was outstanding. They were quick to inform us of what needed to be done and explained the process along the way. Not only did they take great care with their work but they cleaned up things that were incorrectly done by another company. We were very pleased with the end result and are glad we took the recommendation to go with Aire One.

Feb 19, 07:15am after night shift, -21 degrees outside, 13 degrees in the house, panic! Called Aire One, 2hrs later Dave comes. After 45 min of assessment explained the 2 choices: 1. either you replace today the broken parts OR 2. you buy brand new one tomorrow for 1500$ difference. Dave was clean and professional in his work, and understanding my need, he called the sales person at the company. 30min later Hewa came, explained quickly the options. Looking at the thermometer in the house the decision was NEW TODAY. He was really quick with the papers, made a few phone calls and promised that in couple of hours a team will come to help with the job. Guys!! 1h later Bill and Owen came. These guys really nailed it! Removed the old furnace, installed the new one, tested the new one, made all the links with our ecobee thermostat, cleaned the area, were respectful, knowledgeable, and did the job in a timely manner. When they left the house, it was 5pm and there were 21 degrees in the house. I was tired, stressed, concerned early in the morning and still tired , but happy and warm by the end of the day. Kudos to the whole team!!!!

Flo B and Flo M are the real pros of home installations! They installed my furnace earlier, and it was such a smooth experience that I had them back for the full package—AC, water heater, and humidifier. Once again, they nailed it!

They know their stuff inside out, explain everything as they go, and make the whole process easy to understand. Plus, they’re fun to have around—professional but never dull. No complaints with the furnace, and the same goes for this round of installations. Highly recommend.

Mr Ryan did an amazing installation for us, new furnace and AC. I had a water heater that had run its course. Put in the call and a crew were out the next day to install a new tankless heater (an upgrade for me). Hamed and Farad arrived on time in the morning and had the job easily completed with minimal impact on our day. Clean up was also thorough. Would highly recommend this team!
