Dr. Warsame is a wonderful person, and an exceptional doctor. I feel very lucky to have had her as my primary care physician for almost a decade. She always takes the time to listen and really understand her patients. She is compassionate, proactive and open-minded. I feel like she is a partner in my health who has always advocated for me. I have moved almost an hour away from the practice and still happily make the drive. I cannot say enough good things about this amazing doctor and her staff!
For anyone annoyed with wait times, take it up with the Provincial government. We all wait too long for health care appointments, but I would rather wait for Dr. Warsame than to be seen promptly by someone who allows 15 minutes and rushes you out the door.

I have been here numerous times and each doctor has been kind and caring. One young male doctor in particular has been amazing; very attentive and always willing to support (he doesn’t just write you off and say you’re fine). If you come right when it opens there is no wait time. I have never waited more than an hour during other times.

We also have our family doctor here Dr Kristina Ramgobin who is very professional and a amazing Doctor. She is kind and takes utmost care of her patients. We feel incredibly fortunate to have Dr Ramgobin as our family doctor.

I waited over an hour to see the doctor, got a full abdominal ultrasound and urine culture requisition from this clinic, got my ultrasound done and they called me to tell me it was negative for bladder stones (the initial thought he had), I asked if the culture was back and the receptionist said yes but she can’t discuss it, that’s fair as the doctor has to review it and leave a note for them - or, call the patient himself. I asked her if he can call me and she said yes. I waited over a week, ended up getting the ultrasound report through PocketHealth and I have a cyst in my kidney that they didn’t care to tell me about. I likely won’t go back here again.
