I returned to the laboratory, and it is still at 5 stars ;-).
I took an appointment this morning for this morning: no waiting time. Walk-in people waiting time, very limited. On display, you can see people in line. Staff is very kind and professional.
Laboratory is located at the third floor.

Got my blood test here, overall great services and skill! 👍

-🧑‍⚕️An asian lady with short hair who can speak Chinese helped me. My tests (11 tubes) are bit complicated, she doublechecked and make sure to type in everything right. The process is painless and really quick, with no marks left on my arm!

-🕐Book ur appointment in advance, waiting time around 25min, walk-in will take longer than 1.30h

-🛏️Tell them if u faint, they gonna give u a bed to lay down. I didn’t faint this time！

-❌My only concern is the cotton they are using has some black dots on it, is it already moldy?

Twice in the last month I have made an appointment for blood work only to be so disappointed with a wait of over half an hour. It is hard to make the appointment as so few are available and then even when you make one they keep you waiting for longer than is acceptable.

#344 3RD FLOOR
This location was a bit hard to find, unless you came in early and asked a few building staff on where is the lab. You have to use the elevator to easily access the lab. You can use the stairs too but it’s quite confusing with the layout of the building labyrinth. You need to have an appointment to get in and prepare your Requisition form, Health card and Photo ID for fast processing. All staff were amazing, especially Maria who took my blood work and found the time to interact with me about kids, life and greeted me a happy birthday! The wait time was kinda long (25-30mins after the reception) but I don’t mind since I’m not in a hurry anyways. There were lots of pay parking surrounding the building.

Great experience! I had an appointment at 12:10 PM, and by 12:30, I was already done. The staff was very kind and professional, making the whole process smooth and pleasant.

Went in for routine blood work at noon with an appointment, was in and out in 20min. Staff was quick, efficient and friendly. Would go again.

Suzanna at the front desk (reception) was very nice & offered to send a text when it was my turn since it was over an hour wait. (I came at a busy time and didn’t book an appointment) I got the notification it was my turn, came up and was in to get my blood tests within minutes. Mo took my blood sample, talked to me about my other tests and explained things for me. Mo was very personable and I enjoyed chatting and hearing about her career before coming to Canada and her future plans. Both of them made this a good experience. It is very quiet in the clinic… a little too quiet . It seems like the energy in there is a little off but kudos and thank you to Suzanna and Mo! They’re both doing a great job in my opinion

Very good lab. I did my blood test and ECG. The staff was very polite and professional! Great experience, really. Everything was done very quickly, even I was without an appointment.
