I'm so glad I was given an advice to see Dr. Ahmed Al-Ghoul. From the moment you enter the office you are treated with respect. The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. My experience with post surgery, follow-up appointments with Dr. Labelle was outstanding. Shanell, the surgical coordinator always answered my emails in timely manner. I'm very pleased with the care, compassion and overall kindness. Dr. Al-Ghoul is courteous, friendly and professional. He took the time to explain my surgery and different lenses options. He is using the latest, most advanced technology for an eye health screening.
I felt truly cared for me as a patient and person.
Dr. Al-Ghoul is an excellent ophthalmologist and I would recommend him to others.

Had eye surgery last week and was unbelievably nervous.
I met Dr. Al-Ghoul the morning of my surgery and he laid all hesitations to rest. An unparalleled professional, so kind, very patient, and exceptional at what he does. One of the most incredible and smartest decisions of my life was going to him for this surgery. If you’re thinking about it, think no further. He’s absolutely amazing.
Thank you Dr. Al-Ghoul for the work you do, the diligence you display (everything from the actual procedure to personally calling each patient the next day to check on them) and for your expertise. So grateful.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Despite frequent requests with the doctor, the surgical consultants and anyone else I saw, the wrong lens was put in during my cataract surgery. I will now need to go to considerable expense for corrective lenses. Prior to surgery I had 2 emails and 5 phone messages that were not returned - all about the same issue. At every appointment I waited a minimum of 3 hours - they apparently have no idea how to count patients and appointments. I wouldn’t walk back into that clinic if you paid me.

**Thank you for your response but there is neither confusion nor misunderstanding. My post op eye card has been excellent and the protocols given to me by your office have been followed exactly. My issue is with the lens that was put in - I specifically asked (frequently) for a lens that was equivalent to the lens in my other eye. This clearly was not done according to numerous vision tests and my own personal opinion. I don’t need “follow up care”, I would prefer an answer.

I highly recommend Dr. Al- Ghoul’s office Seema eye care center to everyone. When you get in to the clinic, you will be amazed by outstanding environment, advanced equipments… But the most important thing is that there are amazing friendly, respectful professional staffs here, including all receptionists and technicians who work with empathy, Co- operation manners. Sue is one of them. I called clinic last week, she tried very hard finding a spot to let my dad in to see Dr. Al- Ghoul, because it is a busy clinic, and couldn’t find any time soon within two months, so she added one spot allowing my dad to see Dr. Al- Ghoul today. She warmed my heart and released my worries.
Special thanks for Dr. Al- Ghoul, he is the best ophthalmologist specializing in Corneal and Cataract surgery. He is very approachable and knowledgeable with excellent surgical skills (I observed him to perform surgery before). Seema eye care center is a truly wonderful place to come for your eyes need.

This place has it right. Respect, co- operation, empathy and staff that are consummate professionals. Kim is the most amazing co-ordinater I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Al-Ghoul is direct and no nonsense. A genuinely amazing place to have your eyesight looked after, no matter the issue. I have had one IOL implanted and getting the second done tomorrow. For a change I'm not nervous going to a clinic as I know they truly care about me as a patient.

Wow I can't thank you enough Dr.Al Ghoul!! You have me new eyes!! I had very bad eyesight since a kid and my regular eye Dr. referred me to him.he told me the best option was for an icl lense implant as my eyes were way past the point of a simple laser surgery..the pre-op appointments were very reassuring and he gave me time for any unanswered questions I had.post-op was so calm and the nurse Margaret was so patient and caring.Dr.Al Ghoul was at my bedside as soon as I was out of surgery making sure I hadn't felt any pain during surgery.Overall the whole experience was fabulous and I couldn't be more thankful.Thank you Dr. Al Ghoul!!!
