My family Doctor is Dr. Elserafy and I couldn't be happier about it! He genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to follow up when needed. He listens, and he takes the time to answer questions in detail. The office staff is also very prompt with replies via e-mail and very friendly to work with.

What an amazing doctor and an exceptional person. I am 65 and have seen many medical doctors in multiple countries and have never met someone so superbly knowledgeable, professional, dedicated, meticulous, caring and kindhearted like Dr Joyce Castillo of Allaura Medical Centre in Aurora.
My family and myself have no words to thank her for everything she has done for us as her patients even though she is not our Family doctor.
I had several Family doctors who cannot even compare to Dr Castillo in professionalism and bedside manner, and we see her as her walk in patients.
The girls at the front desk are so professional too.
I consider ourselves as super fortunate to have had the privilege of being able to see Dr Castillo when we need a doctor.

This clinic is so awesome. Dr. Okrahvi is such an amazing thourough thoughtful doctor, my 6 yr old daughter absolutely loves her. The doctors, staff and pharmacy team are just so accommodating and service here is very quick which is great! So glad it’s close to home when you have something arise on the weekend or last minute. Very convenient and I recently my family and friends to come here as well. 💯😊♥️

Certain doctors need a lesson in etiquette when dealing with children.

After I brought my wife and 2 children to get checked this morning,we were the very first patients to be looked at, and somehow we were being rushed as if we were the last patients of the day.

After being rushed, my 3 y/o daughter had said "thank you for checking me" towards the doctor, and my daughter never even got acknowledged , let alone gave my daughter a proper response. As sick as my wife, daughter and son have been, it was deemed to be "nothing". "Probably viral". I'll wait and see how that diagnosis goes.

This female doctor is lucky I don't remember her name or I would post it on here for all to see.

Not all of the doctors are rude, but unfortunately I've had the "pleasure" of meeting more than one rude doctor at this clinic. You want to be rude or quick with me, I'll brush it off. But I won't tolerate this attitude towards my kids.

Thankfully a new clinic is opening up beside our house, I'll no longer come here nor will I recommend anyone to bring their children here.

I really prefer this walk-in clinic. It’s always fast and efficient. The receptionists are very kind. I saw Dr. Jianfar and she really listened to my issue and background for it. I find a lot of Doctors to be pushy and fast with diagnosis but she gave me the time of day and a proper treatment plan. She did not rush me and I felt like she was genuine and cared. She even told me I could come back for follow-up in future. She is lovely.

The front desk team, especially Jasmine, is simply outstanding. Whether over the phone or in person, she is always calm, attentive, and incredibly observant, ensuring that every visit is as smooth as possible—no matter how busy the clinic gets. The entire staff, including Mashall, is friendly, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent service.

Today, I had an appointment with Dr. Pooneh, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.

She did not take the time to listen to my concerns thoroughly and was dismissive during the consultation. The tests she ordered were incomplete, leaving me to return from the lab empty-handed.

I hope she improves her attentiveness and care in the future.

Had a really good experience here. Came in with a throat infection for my wife and ear infection for my daughter. Was seen almost immediately. Very organized and clean place and most importantly every single staff member including pharmacist were just the sweetest. Thank you!
