I was recommended to get a massage at Alleviate from my partner who also goes to the same location, and let me tell you, Kris has single handedly turned me from a person who has never had a massage to someone who goes every month now. He individualizes the treatment plan to your needs, is attentive to the problem areas, and is extremely sociable which always adds to the personalized experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for comprehensive care, whether it’s your first massage or your 10th, you won’t regret it.

Honestly, if I could give Alleviate more stars, I would!
The physical space is bright, welcoming, and clean and the health care providers are top notch! I always feel comfortable, heard, and they are not just focusing on the treatment but me as a complete person. Their online system also makes booking appointments and submitting receipts to insurance incredibly easy.

Kelly’s attention to detail is amazing. As a non-athlete, I never thought about seeing an athletic therapist but working with her allowed me to build strength, mobility, and confidence before surgery and my recovery was so much easier because of it.
Kris is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. His individualized techniques target exactly what I need and I always leave feeling so much better than when I came in. Not only are his hands and tools effective, but he takes the time to explain the treatments and their benefits to really make sure you’re getting the most out of your appointment.
Joey has done an excellent job of breaking down my mental health journey into smaller chunks and holding space, so I would highly recommend him, (especially if you’re hesitant about counselling).

It is amazing to have such a caring and knowledgeable team of healthcare providers working together (and right in my neighbourhood!). Keep up the powerful work, Alleviate!

I see this place all the time as my kids play soccer at Leila. I suffered a back injury and made a call, Kris was very professional and courteous and was able to get me in that same day. Jessica was my athletic therapist and she assessed my injury and made the required adjustments and provided instructions for preventative measures. Great facility, lots of services offered from within from counseling, to therapy, to acupuncture, to strength development. Highly recommended 👌

I recently sustained a back injury to my lower back as a result of shoveling snow. I attended a chiropractor for several visits, he did help some but the final visit still was not enough to fix the back. I made an appointment to see Kelly at Alleviate Holistic Health to see if she could provide some relief to the back. I attended to my appointment and was very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. She was able to release the muscle that had spasmed and relieve the pain. Two days later I was on a plane for six hours and had no problems with my back. I am not one to generally write posts but I must say Kelly was excellent and I would recommend her without hesitation. Thanks Kelly, I thank you and my back thanks you.
