Came to Altum after TKR surgery in October. My Physiotherapist was Jen who I have to say was wonderful (especially on Halloween sporting her cow costume)!

As you'd expect, in the beginning everything was painful but Jen challenged me to do the exercises and supported my efforts with measurements and verbal encouragement.

After running through my program I'm walking normally and gradually increasing my distance.

Thanks Jen, you're a superstar.

Went there for pelvic physio initial visit. Had an appointment with Katrina. Not worth it at all. I called many places they said pelvic physio requires internal exam during the first initial visit to get the full benefit of the treatment. Even they themselves said it when I called to book an appointment. She was very hesitant and said will do it next time if you need it. Even tho I signed the consent for it. It was a waste of my time and money.

Love this facility, the staff are amazing - especially to Lianne and Joan🤗.
I am grateful to you both for being there for me and couching me to the the proper exercise.
I’ve learned alot how to work with good posture.
I am still doing my exercises at home and planning to go back to the gym so that I can continue my strengthening exercises.🤗🤗🤗

I do not recommend this place. WSIB sent me here for an assessment, they falsified my medical assessment. I didn’t find Sue to be empathetic, I was struggling with pain. I found after leaving here I was in more pain. I don’t recommend this clinic since they support the corrupt wsib. I suggest looking elsewhere.

Physio after knee replacement has been very effective. All employees are very helpful and answered any questions completely. I feel ready to continue my exercises on my own after finishing my planned sessions.

Staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all my options. This practice the staff really care about there clients they went over the top to help me I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has elbow problem.
