I’m hoping that by posting this review, AM will take better action on following up and rectify my issue with a roof leak. Been calling them every day to try to understand the issue with my roof leaking. None of their roofers are now picking up my call, and the office says they will call me back but doesn’t follow up.

We got a new roof put on by AM only back in 2022 and started to have issues with leaks. At this point, I am super frustrated at how they’re handling this issue. A new roof should not be leaking in different areas. I will update this review once they actually take the action to fix this issue as they had provided a warranty.

Great experience with the salesperson--super professional. They seemed to forget about us for a bit (no follow-up after we sent the deposit) but were extremely apologetic when I complained and I have to say they resolved my issue and made it right. Very happy with the job completed. They do great work.

I would like to thank Andy Kamrath and his team for the excellent job they did to shingle (Dec 2020) our cottage - our roof looks gorgeous! And, a special shout out to Jesse Ellis, Production Manager, who worked magic to coordinate and schedule the job amongst the regular cottage construction delays, crazy amounts of rain day delays, and of course the whole Covid 19 concerns. I would be remiss if I didn't recognize the quality of craftsmanship, customer service from every staff member, how friendly and polite the installers were, not to mention how fast they completed the job. AM Roofing is a company whose staff enjoy their jobs and take pride in their work! They took care of everything - I would highly recommend them for your roofing job.

AM Group came highly recommended to me by a contractor friend of mine and I had heard other great reviews of their work as well.
The first impressions of the company were great. Patrick (sales from Collingwood) was professional, communicative and really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with the job. Unfortunately, after the job started, the service took a substantial decline.
Our roof project was delayed by almost 2 weeks because the crew assigned to us never showed up and the project manager had no idea where his guys were. After the crew was replaced, it took nearly 2.5 months to install a steel roof (which was about 80k) and during that time, the crew on-site were dirty, rude, unprofessional and dangerous (one fell off the roof and was injured badly). The project manager was seldom on site and was incredibly hard to get a hold of. When we did get a hold of him, it was excuses after excuses. This project finally wrapped up in late July (it started at the end of May) and I am still fighting with this company to come up and correct some deficiencies.
It is clear in my dealings with them that the customer comes last and their management does not care at all about the service they offer to their clients. Proof of this was when Jimmie, the regional manager spoke to me about my concerns and promised to do a site visit and speak to the crew to get this on track. That never happened.
Do yourself a favour and find someone else to install your roof, unless of course you don't mind dealing with everything I have had to endure.

The visit started with Larry. His visit was extremely informative. He certainly put us at ease in accepting the quote he offered. He was very professional and great to deal with. We were told a crew would be in approximately 4-6 weeks to do our roof. That got updated to 2 weeks.
The crew came in and was done within 2 days.
The crew was a great bunch. Very professional and friendly.
It was 2 very hot days but they were up on that roof like it was nothing.
We are so very happy, pleased and absolutely satisfied with the service right from Larry at the start and to the crew with the finish.
Highly recommend AM Roofing.

I had a roof in desperate need of replacement. I called three different companies and AM Roofing was the one team that came to see me promptly, provided me with an estimate that was 100% on target! I was in contact with Jenn throughout the process and she was so incredibly helpful and responsive to all of my questions. When the men arrived to do the work (guided by Guy, their foreman), they were professional, asked questions, explained everything thoroughly and left like they had never been there at all. I can't more highly recommend the work I received from this company. It was worth every penny and even then some. I will definitely recommend their services to others.
