EXCELLENT SUPPORT AND FOLLOWUP.

Amplifon Stony Plain was an excellent place to get my hearing tested and to get hearing aids. They use only top qualify hearing aids (to me a sign of a place who cares about hearing).

Jennifer is very good at her trade. She shared and explained the results of my tests, answered all my questions (took the time to explain all the features of the hearing aids) and set up everything (from making sure that my hearing aids were a good fit, installing the app for the hearing aids and setting up the connection
between my cell phone and hearing aids. The later included testing by having her receptionist call me).

During my trail period Jennifer called several times to follow up and see how things were going. During my trial I was under no pressure.

To top this, I got a good price. I felt that she cared and felt like a valued customer. Overall I am very pleased with the service and level of professionalism that Jennifer and staff displayed
and recommend them. Everyone is very friendly here.

As a senior scientist, I need my hearing to perform extremely well in a wide diversity of conditions and situations. After initially visiting several hearing clinics, I was extremely pleased to find the excellent care and service provided by Jennifer at Amplifon in Stony Plain. She has always made time to ensure that my hearing aids are performing extremely well and meeting my diverse needs. I highly recommend her services and am thankful to have found someone with her level of understanding and exceptional client care. I have also been extremely pleased with the administrative staff support provided by Crystal. They are a great team that will certainly exceed your customer care expectations.

I was blown away by the quality of service at this clinic. As someone who has had hearing loss and worn hearing aids since my late 20's, I have been to a few different clinics and this one tops them all. As a musician, my hearing loss has always been a source of stress for me. But I truly feel that I am in good hands with Jennifer and that she is here to help me with my needs. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my (many) questions and adjust my hearing aids until they were just right, even taking the extra time to play music on her computer for me so I could listen to the different settings. HIGHLY recommend!

Jennifer of Amplifon in Stony Plain truly exemplifies what high customer service is all about. Her technical knowledge is amazing and she was to convey this knowledge to me in a manner that was clear and understandable. I was hesitant about getting hearing aids and she made me at ease and convinced me which product would best suit my needs. She gave me additional equipment that further enhanced my hearing experience. The cost is reasonable and she helped me get financial assistance. Simply this is one of the most satisfying experiences I have undergone in dealing with product procurement. The product is excellent but Jennifer makes the difference in the buying experience. I've had hearing aids for close to 40 years.the experience I had, during my appointment with Jennifer Panteluk was wonderful. She has an exceptional knowledge of hearing testing and hearing aids. As well as the ability to really listen and address my concerns. She clearly explained my current hearing level, future hearing aid requirements and technology; as well as doing a thorough routine maintenance on my current hearing aids. My aids felt so comfortable that I forgot I had them in when I went to sleep.

The location was very easy to find, plenty of free parking, with an efficient and friendly receptionist, in a clean and pleasant atmosphere.

UPDATE, August 9 2023 ------
I'm posting an update to my previous revue as things have changed a little since my last visit to the Stony Plain office. During today's visit, from beginning to end I was made to feel I was in safe and professional hands again, just the same as before.
After being fitted with my "new ears" a few months ago I didn't really believe that life could get much better. I could hear well for the first time in years and the service was second to none. Today I went for my scheduled check up and found there have been a couple of changes in the office. Tamara is the new welcoming face and administrator at reception. She did an awesome job and apart from being knowledgeable and professional, she was an absolute pleasure to talk to. Then I had the pleasure of talking with my regular Hearing Aid Clinician, the awesome "super-woman" Barb Strijack.
Another change for me personally is that there has been a small change in my ears (I suffer with tinnitus which is incurable) which seems to be getting worse. Barb had all the answers and she added an additional program to my hearing aids for me to try out and some updates were installed, all of which were free of charge. And of course I came away with a free and plentiful supply of earwax protectors and rubber caps to keep my hearing aids clean and snug until my next visit.
Barb is fantastic, she's thoroughly professional, she's awesome at her job and you would be hard pushed to find a nicer person.
She really is THE BEST, and I would not hesitate to recommend Barb herself and Amplifon, Stony Plain to anyone with hearing issues or questions.

Realizing you need help with your hearing is all a bit of a shock. Lots of thoughts and fears spring into your mind and it's all a bit of a mystery.
So, I set about researching reviews of the Audiologists local to my home. There were quite a few but one stood out above all the others and that was AMPLIFON in Stony Plain, AB.
So, I made my appointment and from the minute my call was picked up the help and service they provided was completely awesome.
Not only were they all totally professional, they were 100% friendly, and 100% understanding too. They took their time to make sure I was at ease and that I understood what's going on. They were more than happy to spend time with me and answered every question I had - no matter how small.
For anyone questioning their hearing I cannot recommend
AMPLIFON in Stony Plain, AB. highly enough
