Very professional, knowledgeable and kind staff. Steve was awesome in explaining the whole process and conducted the tests in an extremely professional yet chill atmosphere. Provided test results and explained exactly everything and guided me for next steps. Highly recommended if you or anyone you know is having hearing issues.

I had my hearing checked here today, and Omg, what a thorough test. I have had hearing tests through work before buy nothing close to this level. Amy was friendly, informative and made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing. I would recommend this to anyone.

I booked an appointment for my husband, and Amy was sooooo good to us. She listened very carefully, explained everything throughly, and did everything to save us money. She recommended a WCB claim which took months (not her fault in the slightest) and once we were approved we got the hearing aids the next week. The front end reception could be a little nicer at times- but I highly recommend seeing Amy! She was fantastic and I know we are in good hands with her! Photo is of my husbands new hearing aids- you gotta look real close!!!

I had a very positive experience. I needed to reschedule more than once due to work issues. The very friendly staff accommodated me and I was treated with respect. No extra fees were added because of where we live.

I have been trying to call them since two days almost I made 50 calls at different times and no one responded if you don't want to pick the phone why you have it it's ridiculous even before I visit them
