Both my husband and I went to have a hearing test. The actual test was very thorough and lasted over an hour. We both felt it gave a genuine assessment to our hearing health. We were given options of what type and brand that would be right for us. Never were we forced towards any specific brand. When we were fitted with our hearing aids it was done in a very professional manner to ensure our wearing them went very well. Jenn was very professional and made both of us feel totally at ease during every step of this process. We highly recommend Amplifon Sackville. The staff is awesome!

This place is amazing, if you ever need a hearing test go here. The staff there are so amazingly friendly and professional. The office space is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere .They are also very accommodating, I'm Claustrophobic so they allowed me to use a bigger booth.This place I would recommend to everyone I know because my experience was exceptional amazing and I'm sure yours
would be to.

Fantastic Experience with absolutely no complaints. Extremely clean, bright and modern facility. I was made very welcome right from the moment I walked in and although I was nervous because I was taking a hearing exam for a job application, Dr.Susan quickly helped me relax and was incredibly friendly and chatty throughout. A very positive experience and I highly recommend this clinic.

Thank you Jenn and Ria at Amplifon, Lr. Sackville! You have been most awesome to interact with. I found Wayne’s experience to be very client-focused and professional. I was very impressed! Snags along the way did happen - it wasn’t all smooth sailing by any stretch - but things were always systematically addressed and resolved. Progress was slow and steady, but at every stage, you encouraged questions and were able to meet Wayne at his level. Jenn, I commend you for your infinite patience in making Wayne’s hearing experience top-notch.

Dr. Susan English-Thompson and her team provided excellent care.
She took the time to get a good history of my hearing challenges and is very knowledgeable. She explained well the different options I had in choosing a hearing aid and the pros/cons of those options.
I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.
