Michelle at Andau is amazing! She helped me find the perfect pair of ergos as a dental student just starting pre-clinic. The image quality is very clear, the loupes are incredibly lightweight, and the quick processing time exceeded my expectations. The customer service was great, Michelle was very responsive, helpful throughout the entire process, and provided excellent follow-up. In my opinion, compared to other loupe companies, Andau’s are a lot lighter, and the light battery lasts a long time. While there is a short adjustment period, I highly recommend Andau to anyone considering ergonomic loupes!
