Our furnace broke down, and after hours Ross and Richard from Valley Home Services were incredibly responsive and worked hard to fix it. They responded in the evenings and just all around took great care of us. We hugely appreciate the effort to get our heat working again, and we highly recommend them. It's a great local family oriented company, fair priced, and they genuinely care.

They came to service our furnace and water heater. I was very impressed with their technical knowledge and professionalism. Diagnosed and found two issues I had no idea we had, contacted the supplier to validate and we should now reduce our propane consumption and improve the comfort of our home. Great value for money. Lisa came to our home to do a furnace check/maintenance, and she was awesome! Super friendly and didn’t mind our dog or two curious cats who wanted to “help” her while she worked (really just to get pets from her haha). She got everything done professionally and took the time to explain things to us very well so we had a better understanding of the ins/outs of our furnace. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely have her back!

Lisa was fantastic. She was here to inspect and clean our furnace. She took her time, was friendly, and explained everything to me. She left the area clean and she was here for an hour. I highly recommend Lisa and Valley Home Services. Superb company and staff!!

Excellent service. Our A/C unit bogged down during the heat wave. It’s in under warranty-and there was ZERO issue in getting Valley Home Services to help! Infact-during the August long weekend-they made an effort to come and diagnose the system. The next day they had it fixed and running! Thank you so much Richard (the tech) and Cody! I highly recommend their services! All cleaned up and ready to go!! Thank you again.

Installers were very efficient and professional.
Price was quite a bit more than expected. A casual quote from another company was 800,00 .
Recent correspondence from Valley Home Services explained the added cost . I needed a new regulator which added to cost. Quick and full explanation was appreciated.
