There are no words for the gratitude I feel for this place. Affordable, and their vet (Stacey) is the dog whisperer. My dog never lets a vet touch her. They always want to sedate her before her appointments. Here there was no mention of sedation, only efforts made to have my fur baby trust. And boy did she. She needed a cytopoint injection and she didn't even flinch in my arms. Stacey has serious super powers when it comes to her calling. She takes the time to get to know your pet and truly cares about her rapport with the animals she treats. I'd recommend this vet to anyone who loves their fur baby and wants the very best care for them ❤️ We've been to several vets over the years. This one was the best by far. I've never seen anyone care for my girl this much. Thank you to all the staff there that made us feel relaxed and welcome 🙏 The relief in finding such a great vet, finally, is massive!

Great staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Noble did an accurate assessment of our pup before sending us for orthopedic surgery. Our now 3-legged guy is healthy and happy and the follow up advice was great. She has a way with people and animals - sometimes rare!

Took my dog to see you a few days ago. He had inflamed foot pads for some reason. Anyway you guys are awesome. He is much better. Once again he has a spring in his step and is acting like he feels much better. Much happier. Thanks.

Called the office for a last minute apt as I noticed a rash development in my dog. Was told I could come right in and they would fit me in whenever. Turns out I was helped by the most lovely people right away. I was not rushed in any way and was actually able to bring up a few other minor concerns I had. Very affordable and awesome people. This was also my first time and I’m from out of Provence.

On the vet side of things I found them to be pricey when we brought our dog in.

On the personal side of things, today at around 10am, my wife and I were accosted by an employee of the clinic for parking near the front of their clinic, while visiting other stores in the mall. According to a bylaw officer this is a private parking lot with no reserved parking. We were not blocking a handicap access or a fire lane. There was no blocking the entrance of the business and both doors were able to open freely, however she still insisted we were not eligible to park here.

After which they left a note on our vehicle threatening to tow it if we park here again.

This is truly disgusting behaviour for a small business in such a small community.
