This walking clinic is the worst place. They don’t even care about people. My 2 years old baby was sick and they refused to take him at 11:20am.

Its great that we have a walk-in clinic in Angus, even if its only a couple days a week. The wait times can be long, which makes sense due to the shortage of doctors, but the staff is very kind and helpful, and when mistakes happen, they try and fix them right away. The doctor at the walk-in clinic is very nice, and while seeing lots of patients in a row, still tries to be as thorough as possible. I wish we got more doctors in town, but it is what it is.

I am so thankful for the clinic in Angus. Saves the hours I would have to wait at emerg or a clinic in another town. It’s so easy, go down in the morning and book an appt. Very professional and friendly staff and doctors.

30 minutes after opening they are at capacity. Nobody at reception to even talk to. Closing time is 1:00pm, which seems early to me.

They helped us with my toddler son many times when he was sick. They’ve been so amazing to us! So glad Angus has this clinic! Also people please be respectful to the clinic staff! We saw a couple insulting and getting angry at the receptionist…. Clinic staff have tough jobs when it’s always so busy and people getting impatient. Gotta maintain respect! Imagine they close it because they just have enough. We’re lucky to have one in Angus (hopefully more in the future) Gotta be respectful and grateful!

So I am an electrician and cut my thumb at work. My girlfriend works in the medical field alongside a handful of doctors. After reviewing the video I sent to my girlfriend 3 doctors recommended I got medical glue to close the flap. Me being my stubborn self I wanted to go to a walk in clinic and see if they could clean it and glue it to avoid the hospital. I arrived to the clinic at 10:30 and was told they were accepting patients but they won’t glue or stitch it. I was able to see a doctor at 11:40 who told me I most certainly would need stitches so he washed my hand with water dressed it than gave me a paper and told me to go to alliston hospital I should get it in no time with the paper he gave me. I sat at the alliston hospital until 4 pm for the doc to come in look at my cut. He then stated he thought it was absurd that a walk-in clinic would not glue a cut like that if at all. Then I was out in 5 to 10 minutes give or take.

Always a line up well before they open but they fill up fast. The doctors do try for the 4 hours they're open. Never had a problem with this clinic. The wait time isn't too bad
