They are not my regular vet but could get my dog in as a walk in. I am very impressed with the fact that even with only 1 vet on today, they still said I could bring my dog. Vet was thorough, called me with his thoughts and concerns, then met with me during his day to clarify things. Definitely would recommend them!

Not very impressed. Last year I brought my bearded dragon to the vet for a check up while I was there I made the apt for this year technically it was tomorrow. I never received a notice so I called to confirm the appointment to be told they dont have us booked in I told them I have the confirmation email and everything and was very confused to be informed they no longer have an exotic vet. I asked why I wasn't notified as it is very unprofessional (I know its not the receptionist fault and she was very sweet about it even gave me recommendations) I was informed it was management's job to notify. So if you have a reptile I'd highly recommend going somewhere else. Thank god I called instead of taking time off work and going in to be told that! I would not recommend this establishment.

So I spent $1500 to get a small amounts of antibiotics for my mice. On the last mouse I brought him in for an exam and was given and a medicine treatment/plan, I was told to follow up after the test dose. It worked great! I emailed them - it took them almost 2 weeks to fill the prescription. My mouse after making a comeback started to slip backwards. I finally got the medicine that was already prescribed by their vet. Unfortunately due to the relapse it wasn't enough medicine but they told me their vet quit suddenly and they could no longer help me MID TREATMENT. I went to another vet, they took the prescription I was given (from these milkers), and filled it for me and barely saved my pet in time. After bringing 6 animals here, 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 mice for almost 2 years I can tell you one thing they are great at - taking money, they are really great at working the payment machines and milking you over and over. Glad I found a new vet they treat me way better, and I no longer feel like they are taking advantage of us. They dont care about you or your pet, that I can promise you. Thanks for the cards you mailed me, with my mouses name on it - too bad you almost killed him with your neglect.

Able to get our dogs in on a very short time period, for semi-urgent issues, when other vets did not have availability. We really appreciate you accommodating our dogs!

I take my personal family dogs here, and one that passed away. Every situation has been nothing but amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and accommodating. I take my K9 partner there now as well and the quality of service does not wavier. I have full trust when any of my animals are in their care. It’s always a smooth visit.

The event took place months again but writing it now
One of my cats had freak accident which cause him to injury her back right leg and was unable to walk with her back legs.. This happen earliy hours in the night as i was going to bed. I called after hours vet line to see what to do. The person on the line got check around my cat and take a few pictures to her to deicide which would be best action to do. At end of the phone call we deicide to wait till morning and call my vet to see how soon I can get in which I would not be able to get in until the next day which book it. While i was on the call with the vet I was get another call from another vet who was tied to the after hours vet call system, Vet calling was Animal Medical Centre North checking to see how my cat was doing and letting me know that they had a opening to bring my cay in to get check which I took the time and brought my cat in. When the Vet look at my cat after i told him what happen and told him that it his right side the problem. He did a exam on my cat and ask to take a Xray on cat left side which I told again its the right side the problem. He did a xray and found nothing wrong. But came back started talking about my cat had poo built up in him that he want get out and was not interested in dealing with my cat leg or back problem. Which at the time I let the vet do poo cleaning as i wanted get my cat better. So I left my cat with the vet for few hours so the vet can do poo cleaning. I pick up my cat and vet told my to give him a call in few days to let him know my cat doing. After few days i called the vet and left messaged letting him know there was really no change on my cat leg used. I got a called back from the vet which felt like he really was not interested on how my cat was doing and didnt want to do anything for the leg. I got one more call from the vet about a week later saying he going on vacation for few weeks and ask about the cat which there was no change to used of the back leg. I never heard from the vet or clinic to this day.

After dealing with Animal Medical Centre North I would never go back. I had couple of my friends with there pets had bad experience with them which one lost a pet to them. I feel that they want your money but don't care about your pets needs.

Today as i am writing this my cat doing 95 % better and is able walk almost normal thanks to another Vet clinic wanting help and do what they can to get my cat better.

I love the this vet. The girls at the front desk are always happy and greet you right as soon as you walk in, I really appreciate that. The vets I have seen (I have three dogs) are all amazing too and have treated me and my dogs amazingly. Any questions or concerns I have had were quickly resolved with great solutions. I trust these people for sure.
