WORST experience EVER.
Je vais parler en français parce que je veux bien m'exprimer. Première visite, je suis sorti en pleurant. Quelle froideur et manque d'aide. Deuxième visite, je me rend parce qu'on me dit qu'on a reçu mes résultats d'échographie SANS me dire pourquoi on veut me voir. Du STRESS pendant 4 jours pour finalement arriver devant le docteur et qu'elle ne sache même pas pourquoi je suis là. Nous étions le 25 avril, elle fini notre consultation en me disant qu'elle me transfert à un spécialiste sans me donner plus d'informations et s'en va voir d'autres patients. Je vais la voir pour lui demander ce que j'ai a faire, elle me dit que mon nouveau docteur m'appelerait. 4 juin, toujours sans nouvelles de la nouvelle clinique. J'ai appelé il y a quelques jours pour avoir le nom de celle qui aurait dû m'appeler et on a retourné 1 seul de mes 20 appels en 2 jours pour me dire que mon dossier n'a jamais été envoyé et qu'ils ne savent pas qui je suis. Je me suis présenté en personne à la clinic apex pour avoir mes documents, la réceptionniste arrogante et méprisante me dit qu'elle n'a rien à mon dossier et fini par dire "sauf les résultats d'échographie"... Bin c'est exactement ça que j'ai besoin, allo?! Elle m'a ensuite dit que c'est très long avoir des nouvelles. Je lui dis que NON c'est tres rapide, mais ils n'ont jamais eu mon dossier et personne ne me repond et je suis rendu à 28 semaines! Quel manque de compréhension, logique et compétence. Je suis parti avec mon rapport d'échographie (qu'ils ont meme voulu me faire payer dans un premier temps) et je suis allé me trouver un médecin moi même. Je suis nouvelle en Alberta, j'aurais aimé qu'on m'accompagne et me guide un minimum. Ne chercher pas d'aide de cette clinique. Le docteur vous dit même "bye" sans émotion une fois rendu dans le corridor.. désastreux.

They are so disorganized. They give appointment time and they never keep to it.

Response: The doctor is behind. This is always the response.

You are not new in this business. By now, you should know the average time doctors use on a patient, and that should be factored in. Instead of wasting people's precious time.

So many times, I leave important things to make my appointment and all you do is keep me waiting, sometimes 30 mins and more. I have waited for almost an hour outside my appointment time before.

For example, right now, I have been waiting for extra 55mins outside my appointment time.

If I wanted to wait, I will walk in and not book an appointment. You even give me the time to come.

You know what's interesting? The front desk ladies even are not helpful. One will tells you, you are the next to go in, after some minutes, you go meet another, she will say, there's someone before you, then you....lol..

This has been going for a while now, i dread going there, cos i know they are time wasters.

Tell me, who does that?

If I could give zero stars, I would. There’s no option, so have to give one.The management at this medical centre is terrible. Even with an appointment, people wait more than an hour to see the doctor. Same thing happens with Walk-ins also..they have to wait a long time. That’s really not acceptable. On top of that, the staff is rude and their behaviour is very bad. They don’t treat patients with respect. The management seriously needs to improve and start caring about people’s time and health.

I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Hassan at 11:35 AM, which I booked a day in advance. I arrived on time, as instructed, expecting that my time would be respected just as I respect the clinic’s scheduling process. However, it has now been 50 minutes, and I am still sitting in the waiting room without any update or explanation for the delay.

This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If patients are expected to show up promptly for their appointments, the same courtesy should be extended by the clinic. What is the point of giving a specific appointment time if it’s not going to be honored?

This kind of delay is unacceptable and needs to stop. Time is valuable, and patients should not have to wait around indefinitely when they’ve done their part by booking in advance and arriving on time. I hope this issue is addressed seriously to prevent it from happening to others in the future….🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

I visited the medical center as I was looking for a new family doctor. The appointment booking was quick, managed to get an appointment for next day. After reaching the center I hardly had to wait for 10 mins before I could see the doctor.
The doctor was pleasant to speak to and seemed open to talk and respond.
The only thing that seemed strange was $15 charge for a blood work when usually it is not paid in other places. They call it administrative charges, not sure what they are but I would prefer to get blood work done some place else.

Really long wait time. Even after booking an appointment it is hour to hour and a half wait time. They tell the same story on every appointment. Patients take longer time than usual. Staff Is not supportive at all. We go there for doctor TOOR. She is the best. We don’t have any complaints for her. The management is really poor

I had an appointment with Dr. Hargunbir Toor at 10:55 AM today. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I had to wait over 1.5 hours to be seen. When I asked the staff about the delay, they just kept saying “next,” but continued letting others in ahead of me.
It’s already difficult to get an appointment here—it usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. But even after waiting that long, being made to wait so long on the day of the appointment is frustrating.
If appointments can’t be honoured properly, it would be better not to take them at all. There seems to be no respect for patients’ time, which is very disappointing.

Highly professional & adorable staff services 🫡
I recently did upfront immigration medical 🏥 for my parents. Super comfortable waiting chairs for patients. Extremely smooth appointment booked on call 📞. Blood 🩸 work is available in the clinic & staff guide to do X-ray at designated places.
They uploaded to IRCC once complete the X-ray & got completion medical sheet on my email which can be used for visa process.
Highly appreciated for awesome services by super supportive staff. 🙏
