Doctors and staff are nice and professional. Be aware that they make you take your shoes off in the waiting room. There are 2 small rugs and the rest is laminate with lots of water puddles (from shoes) in the waiting area so your feet WILL BE wet and cold. Probably not an issue for most but if you have issues with your feet, mobility, Raynauds, or circulation problems, bring slippers or "indoor shoes". You'd think in a medical office they would be more cognizant of this, have someone clean up the water, and make sure the floors are not so icy cold.

I was trying to call and make an appointment this morning around 8:20am and the receptionist that answered the phone was completely ignorant. Their hours of operation say 8am- 5pm Monday-Friday on their website. When I called she answered the phone with a very rude tone telling me to call back during their actual hours and that she hasn’t even got her computer up and running yet. She then hung up the phone immediately. I didn’t get the chance to get a word in to apologize and explain myself.
I was in complete shock with the lack of professionalism. She should not be working at a desk dealing with people. She does not have the patience for others, let alone have compassion for others as well.

It’s weird I’m making a review about a clinic but their professionalism and helpfulness was enough!

My family and I have gotten quick appointments, kind service, and understanding nurses+doctors that actually heard what you had to say.

Dr. Gbenoba-Okumiahor is one of the best doctors I have ever met. I feel so lucky being able to be one of her patients. Not only is her bedside manner, warm and professional, her vast knowledge and holistic approach to health puts you at ease to know you are in good hands. I finally feel heard and not judged by a doctor, where I feel
I can finally achieve my health goals. The standard of care that Dr. Gbenoba-Okumiahor takes with her patients is bar none!

My spouse is in extreme pain and the receptionist told him today he can no longer been seen here. She was super rude and nor helpful. Our health care system sucks

This clinic has the worst front end staff I have ever come across. It is so sad coming from working in the health care industry that the face of clinics get away with treating patients in such a demeaning and unprofessional manner. Shame on this clinic.

I love this clinic. I always get an appointment right away and have never even had the time to sit in the waiting room before going to a room. Drs and staff all great. Such a nice change!

Asked if they could email me forms to complete for a family doctor. Was told no by the receptionist and that we would just have to come in to pick them up as she didn’t want to (lazy)…. Won’t be using this clinic now
