I think this is a great clinic. I like Dr. Dressler & staff. But i witnessed an event in their clinic today of sad proportions. A lady with an amputation had been waiting for the clinic to open 20 minutes or so before anyone else. Its winter and she's an amputee of a leg. A routine trouble maker/story fabricator arrived and stood leaned against the front door "AGAIN" .She addressed the man who wouldn't respond or acknowledge he was being spoke to. So The lady addressed the staff to explain she was there first. To no avail. Then to be reprimanded by the doctor once called in . The doctor listened to his whining for 15 minuets and wouldn't listen to the ladys side at all like she did something wrong? She came out bawling. Hard thing to witness yet the man was 100% in the wrong. Not the lady. Sad sad thing when doing the right thing gets you reprimanded.

Wonderful staff.
Staff: 5/5 and all deserve a RAISE!

Doctor needs to give his patients more attention and listen to them instead of always making promises to discuss situations he changed for no reason and even though I wait hours for 2 others to have 30min appointments; 3rd time in a row my appointment only two minutes yet cannot discuss what I have been attempting too for MONTHS. Always get the "we will talk about it next time; I am going to lunch soon" well I just waited 3 appointments in a row others get a half hour with but cannot get more than 2minutes? 4th time he is pushing this one issue that was changed for no reason. Frustrating!

Hopefully the next appointment the DoctorDoc will deal with me professionally and give me 1/5th-1/10th of the time I see him give the two ahead of me 4 appointments in a row now; last 3 promises to talk about it next time but only get 2min with him everytime. I will remain optimistic and hope he fixes the mistake he made months back and I will be back to update review.
