If i can give 0 stars i would do so. I had an appointment but they kept me wait more than 2 hours although no one else was waiting. I eventually left. They also have rats. I saw one and the poor receptionist was trying to catch. I will never go back there. The receptionist is super nice

Nurse Practitioner Bingley, Michael is false hope. Cancels my appointments and rebooks them for times I’m not available with less than 24 hour notices, on days and times I’m not available.

States he will follow up via email so I do not need to pay additional fees and does not. I can’t even get a straight answer on whether or not referrals have even been sent.

So bad I came a week ago, and I waited seven hours, then my doctor did not come, and then I make a new appointment through the reception . This is in a picture. And I came to my appointment and surprised that the appointment was at a time when the clinic was closed. The reception was laughing at me !!! They gave me an appointment when the clinic was closed. Shame on them. They do not respect patients. We can see the

Don’t come here is you don’t wanna waste your time,my appointment was at 10:20 and nobody was here and they were late 2 hours for it ..very messy place also the washroom is disgusting and dirty for a medical centre ..gas stations have better washrooms..not coming again here
The doctor was really nice but I think he was new..

Just to let everyone know that Nurse Practitioners are not covered by OHIP so you're out the$49 for a visit, go to another walkin

They need a better system to communicate wait times. Maybe something through text so you don't have to sit in the waiting room forever. Sign at the sign in kiosk says up to 1 hour wait. After sitting in the wait room for 3+ hours I had to leave. Thanks for wasting my day apple tree!

I really hope the Authorities fix this huge problem.
I came at 7:30, 1 hour before they would even open and it’s 12:30pm and still have 2 people before me waiting.
This is sad and seems hopeless.

I walked in not having high hopes on a Tuesday at 11am; I was prepared to sit for at least 2 hours because of my last experience at the Preston location but I was surprised when they called my name after only 45 minutes. There were maybe 5-7 people ahead of me. The gentlemen who brought me into the exam room was very nice, asking appropriate questions for a timely experience and went above and beyond to notify me of certain apps and websites to use for my information. I sat in the room for another 10 minutes before seeing the doctor and left with more information than I needed but appreciated every ounce they gave. Will definitely be visiting this clinic again! Thank you!
