When choosing a pool company it is not easy. I interviewed many company’s.

Jamie was very knowledgeable, easy to contact and I instantly felt comfortable when meeting him and his team.

We purchased an above ground pool with them and they were right on time with the timeline they quoted us for. It was a fairly seamless install by their company. Followed up by a quick visit to go through how to operate it and a very detailed run down.

I highly recommend using Aqua bay for any installation, service work or purchasing anything pool related! Their store in Belleville is full of tons of goodies!

The BEST pool and hot tub place in Belleville. Best prices, products and staff! Alex and Marissa are so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Great people. Aqua Bay has never disappointed ! Our family have purchased 1 above ground pool one inground pool 3 hot tubs. Their service is absolutely the worst I have ever seen. Never call you back and never back there warranty. When I asked them to come look at our hot tub they informed me if they didn’t have our visa number they wouldn’t come. Then said why do you just ask your son to look at it. Seriously we bought from you not our son. I needed a filter they didn’t have one so said just go buy one on Amazon. We as a family will never darken their door again

Aqua Bay has a great selection of products for outdoor entertaining; patio furniture, grills, smokers, pools, spas, and all the supplies you need. They also sell RO water, water softeners and UV systems, plus much more. We bought a Masterbuilt smoker Grill that had a bad heat controller which they replaced on warranty. I highly recommend Aqua Bay!

Can not say enough about Jamie! When another pool company left us hanging for a faulty liner ($2200.00) that was installed by a sub-contractor of theirs, who is now not taking our calls, nor responding to text messages, Jamie and the team at Aqua Bay had the job done within 3 days! Unfortunately this company took a very exciting moment in my life and a huge purchase and made it extremely stressful.

I am a newby at a hot tub and was told there would be installation and walk through set up.
Installation was only the hot tub cover and this was only half done. It was left for me to do because the electricians were still working. Stating « its easy »
What is easy for someone who does something for a living is not automatically for someone who is not interested in making holes in their new hot tub on their own.

There was no real advice given for my specific type of (salt) system. Instead a bunch of words on how they maintain a regular hot tub and again how easy it is.

The panel was left off for the electricians to finish their work with no verbal or demo instructions on how to attach it and it doesn’t go in properly on one side. Now someone needs to come back and do that and the arm. They tried to charge me $125 an hour but agreed to waive it.

Was told someone would come Friday, I took off 3 days of work and stayed at the cottage. Now saying next week so I have to take another day off work and drive 6 hours round trip. This is costing me over a $1000.

This whole process is infuriating and on top of it I am spoken to with such indifference to my concerns and my time commitments it is absurd.

Would not recommend this company, unfortunately as they are either lazy or really don’t care. 🤷‍♀️

Im not exactly sure where to even begin with my 5 ⭐️ review.
Aqua Bay is hands down the BEST business when it comes to the word water 💦.
Jamie, Gary, and the Aqua Bay team both go WAY over and above anyone’s expectations. The quality, workmanship, products are hands down thee best.
They aren’t just about money, they are about family and friends! They have helped our family in the absolute worst times to put a smile on a little girls face that was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer. They made sure she was taken care of!!!
They even had a fund raiser for Vayda on their own special business day.
If anyone reading these reviews, and sees anything less than a 5 star review just keep scrolling!!! These people leaving 1 star reviews over a phone call…your ignorance and intelligence shows others the level of stupidity. Zero tolerance over these types of people.
Moving forward onto the wonderful Aqua Bay team…
We have a heart breaking story, and Aqua Bay stepped up and made things happen, and they did it EXTREMELY FAST!
This team is a game changer when you mention water. If you’re not already with Aqua Bay we highly recommend you start using them and stay with them.
Jamie is a master mind when it comes to the water business and is just a great man. We don’t know how to thank you enough for everything you have done for Vayda.
Gary, this guy is amazing. He answered his phone on a weekend when he was at home. Gary has done so much for this project and for Vayda it’s outstanding. Gary has done everything from vacuuming our pool to flipping burgers hahaha!!
We love you Jamie, Gary, the Aqua Bay Team, and the pool installers. You guys have done such an amazing job.
We have so much more to say, in such a little box.
End of story, do we recommend Aqua Bay….ABSOLUTELY!!!
