I had an amazing experience using the birth centre when my second was born. We did waterbirth using one of the large bath tubs and it was great! Everything went smooth and so fast, being in an environment that feels like home and everyone being so calm and supportive. And the fact it is so close to Foothills hospital kept my kind at peace too.

The Arbour Birth Centre is such a special place! I delivered my first two babies there and am hoping to have my third baby there this summer. It felt like home plus the comforts of the huge tubs and access to the nitric oxide (laughing gas) which I personally found super helpful! I loved having the big bed to snuggle together with my baby and partner. I can recommend both the Iris and Poppy rooms… maybe next time I’ll get to try out the Rose room!? I was surprised and impressed that our benefits (health care spending account) covered the cost, however, even if they didn’t it would have been worth every cent. Thank you for this incredible space and the many beautiful memories we made here!

We had two of our three children delivered here and vastly preferred the birth center experience to the hospital! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the center is easy to access, and the jacuzzi tubs are great for labour or water birth. Really have only good things to say about it!

It was a pleasure to tour the Arbour Birth Center. I was incredibly impressed with all of its features and facilities. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, providing me with a thorough overview of the center. All my questions were answered and I feel comfortable sharing with clients what a functional, clean and comfortable space is available to them, as they welcome their baby. I am thankful for the time and dedication that the staff and volunteers have provided families, midwives and doulas. The Arbour Birth Center is a special space and I am grateful it continues to be an option and resource for birth.

I have just have my baby in this center and I AM IN LOVE WITH IT!!! I definitely recommend it to those birthers who are not sure about hospital vs home birth…This place gives you unique atmosphere of feeling like at home, but at the same time they have all necessary things for natural births and for babies and birthers after births 🙌

They also provide tours, so if you have any doubts - just book one for you and hopefully this place will bring you the most exciting experience ever!!!

Both kids arrived in the same room, 3 years apart. After the 1st kid, using the facility again was our first choice, no debate required. Well worth a look if you don’t really desire hospital or home birth, it’s the perfect halfway between the two.

Oh my goodness! We delivered our little bundle here and could not have had a better birthing experience! The room was inviting, comfortable and calming. It's the perfect place to labour and give birth. I highly recommend welcoming your little one to the world here.
