Had an appointment at 10 a.m. and arrived at 9:55. Leanne at reception was clearly distracted and didn't see me come in, and welcomed the next person instead. When I brought it to her attention that I was next, she said I would be seen right away after this patient. Waited for an additional 45 minutes, and Leanne accepted the following patient because I had "arrived late" and there was nothing she could do.

What you could have done was shown any kind of sympathy for my time, or the fact that you didn't bother to check that I was sitting in your lobby and instead put the blame on me for being "late." Absolutely ridiculous service, would go anywhere else if I could.

I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here during my pregnancy. From caring staff to physicians who take great care in answering my questions, I feel so taken care of here. I only wish they had an ultrasound technician on site so I could avoid the hospital entirely.

Dr. Hemens has delivered both of my children, and is now my family doctor.

He tells you the truth, whether it's pretty or not. I respect him for that. I want a doctor who is honest.

In the past he had a miserable receptionist (She was there when it was still Dr. Kent). I had many issues with her, and when I complained directly to Dr. Hemens, he told me she would be moved to an different job. The receptionist now are very friendly and accommodating.

The other doctors and nurses in the office have always been very friendly, patient, and gentle.

Very very rude the receptionist!!! Fine on the phone but show up for anything and gets very rude. Very long wait times. Ur appointment is at 1:30, ur waiting til 2:15 or more just to see the doc. Try doing that with a three year old who can’t sit still for too long. They need to put their hours on their website bc I called at 8:30 at the time they used to b open and they now don’t open til 9!!
