I have had the pleasure of bringing both my own and my late father's vehicles to Arnprior Chrysler for servicing for the past 13 years or so.
Throughout the years, the friendly and professional service provided by Colton, Blake, and the entire team has been exemplary. They have always gone out of their way to accomodate my schedule, provide me with alternate transportation if required, and get me on my way again as quickly as possible. On several occasions they checked out an issue and provided advice or a solution at no charge. They were wonderful to my late father as well over the many years he brought his vehicles to them. The service is super friendly. I have never felt like they were pushing for service that wasnt needed like other dealerships do. I took my car for wheel alignment, and was charged 140$. The next day my car was swaying, I took it back to them they said I need new Lower Control arms. Why would professional do alignment without checking them first, I had to redo the alignment after installing new control arms elsewhere the following week. paid twice, Very disappointed

We were given as much time to explore the car that we were interested in with as little or as much involvement from the sales staff as we wanted. Pricing discussion was simple and seemed forthright and honest. No back and forth sales tactics. Options were all presented up front and we weren't given endless rounds of sales pitches. Once we decided to purchase, the team bent over backwards to deliver the vehicle in record time to accommodate our busy schedule.

We were introduced to everyone in the dealership so that we felt comfortable reaching out to anyone with questions in the after purchase period.
