I had to delete my five star review for Dr. Greenough (because the system won’t let you leave more than one review) to write my 0 review for the Tall Pines Clinic. I was a patient of Dr Ridgen for a couple of years and was dropped quickly last year with no reason given and reassigned to her husband in the same practice.
My daughter, also her patient, along with her 6month old baby, was sent an email on Dec 30 and saying she and her baby were being dropped from the practice as of Dec 31st with no one available in the District health team to pick them up. One day notice
She was advised to join the list to wait for a physician. If it was just my daughter she could use the VTAC system which has helped her several times when the Tall Pines Clinic was unavailable to help due to office closures, etc., but now she has a baby. Not sure what her resources are at this point. Anyone in the same boat?

Literally got push back from a Nurse Practitioner when i asked for a requisition for routine bloodwork. Claims they don’t request routine bloodwork until you’re 50 or having symptoms. Never had an issue asking for this before on a yearly basis. We pay for healthcare with our taxes, if we want annual routine bloodwork, we should be able to get it.

It might be helpful to post the correct address for Dr. Fannon’s office. When you google it, it shows her location as at the hospital where the rest of the health team is. I took the day off work to take my boys to their first appointment. We went to the hospital and by the time I figured out the mistake, we missed our appointment.

I am very happy with all the services with the Family Health Team. I look very forward to metting my new doctor, Dr. Samantha Cremer. I'm sure it will be a great experience and I want to wish Dr. Johnathan Fitz Simon all the best in his future endeavours.

i am not sure if you have a choice, but i would not become a patient of dr padeanu. if his wife has the same arrogant and unhelpful attitude, then i would avoid dr ridgin as well. it is so sad that we have such a shortage of doctors. We, as patients, have no choice when it comes to health care providers and doctors like this know it. there is no incentive to be a decent doctor or human being.

I just waited 10 days to get my prescriptions renewed at my drug store. The printers at Arnprior health weren’t working properly. I called 3 times to request the status, as did drug store, no reply

Good luck getting an appointment with Dr Garcia, he is either always out of the office for weeks at a time (3 weeks in the summer and again already this fall) and when you do wait 2-3 weeks for an apt they will call you and reschedule because he’s shockingly out of the office again.
